PLEASE BEWARE OF SIGNING A LEASE HERE! INFESTED PROPERTY, POOR WORKMANSHIP, UNCLEAN, PERMEATING SMELL MADE ME ILL I was recently unable to move in to my new apartment on this property due to the unacceptable conditions on my move in date. I cancelled the movers after I realized that I would be subjected to extremely poor living conditions. I normally wouldn't leave such a scathing review but I wanted to warn others as a public service announcement in the hopes that it will prevent someone from making the same mistake I did. The expectation of decent living standards expressed during the period prior to me signing the lease was not met by the actual and allowed condition of the unit. The apartment was very dirty. We attempted to wipe down surfaces but they were covered in greasy, sticky residue and there were food crumbs, hair and questionable stains. It looked (and smelled) like there was urine on the bathroom floor and vomit-like substance by the main door. The carpet was crunchy, sticky and hard, covered with debris including different types of bugs (living and dead). The smell was over-powering. Both me and my guest were in the unit for 20 minutes before we had to leave because we both felt nauseous and had headaches. I still feel ill and it's been 24 hours since I left the unit. I am extremely concerned about the presence of mold in the walls and elsewhere. Despite the unacceptable condition of the carpet, there is evidence of painted over water damage in the cabinets. The AC unit has corroded electrical components, it was manufactured in July of 1993 based on the serial number of the unit. The electrical wiring is in disarray and the workmanship is unacceptable. I am very concerned that this is a potential fire hazard because of the clearly VERY poor standards of workmanship. GERMAN COCKROACHES!! Within a minute of entering the unit, a German Cockroach fell from the ceiling and landed on my shoulder, crawling all over my arm. We saw many more crawling throughout the apartment while we were there. I have brought all of these conditions to the attention of management along with my request that they rescind my lease. I hope that they have some compassion and sympathy for me and that they make this situation right because I will not live on this property. It is unacceptable to allow a new tenant to accept these conditions and I can only imagine the conditions current residents are being subjected to.

Hi! So i recently moved in and out of all apartment complexes this has to be my favorite place to reside in. It’s a very peaceful environment and the front office ladies are very nice and quick to answer, normally i would have to call over and over again to get a situation handles but not here.

If you answered no then this will not be the place for you. Make sure you keep receipts of every payment and of anything else. They will try to get every little penny they can from you and will lose their own paper trail. That includes any payments and statements! Make sure you check your statements! Also have good insurance if your apartment floods be prepared to just move out. It is not worth even coming back. Management will do everything but take ownership of their mistakes. It becomes pretty stressful because of their lack of communication and distrust you gain from the complex and staff.

I'm 30 years old this place is younger than me and it's falling apart, Upstairs neighbors recently moved out and now the fire alarm does nothing but go off in the hallway of my bathroom and bedroom management doesn't care!
I expected things to be better with new management but they’re just as poor as this property. They just want it to look good from the street view but they don’t enforce any rules as far as keeping up this property. The gate pad has been broken for weeks, people are able to leave loose trash sitting at their door for days. I also don’t understand why they would FORCE cable on tenants when it’s not a NECESSITY meanwhile some people are barely making ends meet. Focus on keeping this place clean first.

Yes, the gate pad was not working and unfortunately we had to wait on a outside contractor to be able to come out to fix, everyone is backed up on scheduling right now so we do apologize. We strive to keep the community clean and have addressed the issue of your fellow neighbors leaving trash out, as we understand your concern with the Tech package this has been an added benefit to others in our community. If you should have any concerns please feel free to reach out to management.
We’ve toured and inquired about these apartments three times now, they have never ONCE mentioned the TECHNOLOGY PACKAGE. An EXTRA 100$ a month added to your rent. upon already giving them our admin and app , I go to look at reviews and see EVERYONE mentioning this , I call and ask and lord behold yes it is required and SOMETHING they never told us. We cancel everything and a leasing consultant SAYS we can get everything back and we DONT. The property manager gets in my fiancé’s face reaking of cigarettes during COVID. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL and disrespectful manager I’ve ever met. She then proceeds to talk belligerent to my fiancé, THE WORST EVER & I didn’t even sign the lease thank god. ID RATHER LOOSE MONEY THEN DEAL WITH THEM AS US BEING TENANTS. DONT LEASE WHILE YOU CAN.
