Beautiful units and finishings. The staff is great and so friendly. You can’t beat the location— Katy trail, off 75, close to Knox and Mockingbird Station. I’ve signed a 16 month and then renewed a 24 month lease. Definitely recommend.

Monica is awesome. Location is prime in the Knox neighborhood, my dog and I walk the Katy trail daily with easy access! A lot of young kind professionals and is a dog friendly community…the management cares for their residents too.

I really enjoy living here. The location is perfect, the staff is really nice, the building is nice. Would prefer more secure parking and sound-proof windows on the East Side of the building. Maybe also a clear wall at the pool to help drown out Central and the wind.

Multiple units had doors kicked in, entire cars stolen from the garage, and people sleeping in the stairwells. This place is so unsafe and management is unprofessional, dismissive, and complacent. Highly recommending moving elsewhere.
