Great staff and beautiful building, I love the style and elegance of the finish out. A true luxury apartment with direct access to the Katie Trail.

Great! Much better than the last apartment complex I was residing at. Pool area, recreational area with barbecues are great. Come and party.

I moved in two weeks ago. The staff on site was very friendly and was quick to action to block off an elevator for me. The building is well kept and people are friendly. The office does a great job at communication through emails about things that are upcoming.

Have had the best experience at Katy Trail Uptown and constantly impressed with the team and staff. So glad I live here and recommend to all my frineds!

Beautiful units and finishings. The staff is great and so friendly. You can’t beat the location— Katy trail, off 75, close to Knox and Mockingbird Station. I’ve signed a 16 month and then renewed a 24 month lease. Definitely recommend.

I have loved living here! I always feel so safe, and the amenities are top tier! The people are very friendly, and the maintenance staff do a wonderful job keeping the building clean.

My husband and I just recently moved in and couldn’t be happier. The area and building are great! Everyone is also very friendly and lots of fury friends for our French Bulldog.

Monica is awesome. Location is prime in the Knox neighborhood, my dog and I walk the Katy trail daily with easy access! A lot of young kind professionals and is a dog friendly community…the management cares for their residents too.

The Katy Uptown is an enjoyable living experience replete with amenities to further the comfort of a living environment. Being new to the location, I have enjoyed the Katy trail location and surrounding cultural events.

I really enjoy living here. The location is perfect, the staff is really nice, the building is nice. Would prefer more secure parking and sound-proof windows on the East Side of the building. Maybe also a clear wall at the pool to help drown out Central and the wind.

I love it! All was fabulous but would like more tutorials for apps and wifi. We felt very welcome and it was seamless! Maintenance was fabulous!

We had a smooth move in, noticed some minor things about the apartment that i overlooked when touring but overall great community and quality.

The complex is amazing with great finishes inside the apartment. Management (Monica and Natalie) could not have been more helpful with moving in and all of our maintenance request have been completed within 24 hours!

Living in here has been so great. From all the amenities to the residence itself I feel so at home. I feel very safe here and it’s in a great location.

Great staff and location! I’ve lived at the property for a little over a year and the neighbors are respectful, kind and dependable. We have an amazing courtesy officer who is always in communication with us as well.

The staff is great, however the building is very cheaply made. We have had multiple issues with plumbing, cabinets, flooring etc, the price is way too high for what you get.

I have lived here for about a year and love the KTU so much. Everyone is so kind and helpful and the service is very quick. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love living here! It’s very clean and well kept which is very important to me. Also the maintenance staff here goes above and beyond!! They are always quick to respond even for minor inconveniences. 10/10 recommended

I’ve lived here since it was open and once the new management stepped in a few months ago, it has been a complete 180. This new management is amazing, attentive, the girls up at the front are so incredibly sweet and helpful, and maintenance comes so quickly to fix any needs you have! Love the location and it’s been safer to live here since the changes

This is a great apartment. The new management has been awesome. Very expensive but if you have the money I would consider it worth the cost.

Great news apartment in the Knox-Henderson neighborhood. Across from Katy Trail entrance and easy access to I-75. Love the common areas and the units are new, modern with excellent layout and finishes.

Great place to live I really enjoyed the community. It is right by all my favorite places like the Katy trail and gleco park. The pool is amazing too.

Great place to live. I moved in with two roommates couple months ago and have loved living here. Place is new and fresh and the location you can’t beat.

I toured with my family recently and we loved the building and location. Once they have 3 bedroom open up we will be moving in. Thank you to Jonathan for a great tour and the service team member who helped with our coffee spill.

Multiple units had doors kicked in, entire cars stolen from the garage, and people sleeping in the stairwells. This place is so unsafe and management is unprofessional, dismissive, and complacent. Highly recommending moving elsewhere.

Our experience with Modera has been very positive so far in every aspect. The leasing team (Liam, Lauren and the manager) are very nice and helpful. The property is in great condition for the value. And the living experience is as described and advertised.

We fell in love with the amenity spaces as soon as we toured. They’re modern and well designed/well built. The proximity to the Katy Trail and Highland Park neighborhood is amazing too!
