Located a few blocks from Downtown Riverside, Grand is a small neighborhood with excellent parks and quick access to an abundance of amenities. The area feels suburban with Spanish and ranch-style single-family homes and mid-rise apartments. With warm weather a majority of the year, residents take full advantage of the many neighborhood parks in the area. After having a picnic or harvesting veggies in the community garden at Ryan Bonaminio Park, you’ll find residents walking over to nearby Mount Rubidoux Park to hike up the mountain for sweeping views of the city. There is a small shopping plaza along Grand Avenue with cafes, local restaurants, and specialty shops but for more options, residents only have to travel a few minutes outside of the neighborhood. Horrible place
Won’t live here again so much crime around. Plus they could never keep up with maintenance

As trashy as they come!
This complex is full of drugs, crime, neglected children who run around unsupervised, underfed and dirty, parents selling drugs, playing ridiculously loud music all day and night, filthy units infested with bugs and cockroaches. The list goes on. Management is drug addled and does nothing to control the crime because they're a part of it and the bed bug, cockroaches and rats will never cease to be an issue because management does nothing. This place needs to be shutdown and bulldozed. Do not move here not worth the money and completely unsafe. Cops are here daily.

The reviews didn't convince me..
So I came, and saw the place. I'm in the process of getting an apartment here and they are not actually as bad as advertised. They are updating and renovating the place so there is hope here! It's worth a look, if you're on a budget.

This place looks nice I went to go take a look and it won my eyes new carpet big closets and lots of space for a one bed room and what there asking take a look for ur self !:)

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!
This place is disgusting, It has an epidemic of bed bugs the office staff is never really there when you need them, they do not care about their tenants let alone the units. This is a shady place to live, i recommend looking else where. the only have the laundry facilities, they do not come with a club house, or a playground or a usable sauna.! They use the so called sauna has a storage room for the office. The Assistant manager and Manager or rude, and are always making excuses. They are non-consistent in what they say. It is just a horrible place to live. and not to mention the pool is always green, and never cleaned properly.
