I just moved in but I appreciate how quiet and clean the community spaces are and how kind staff are. Sam checked on my unit a couple days before I moved in to make sure it was ready and he walked me through all the keys and parking options for unloading.

The apartments were clean though the drawers were sometimes a bit musty but could be just my particular unit or recent paint job. With mix of young professionals and families it was usually quiet during quiet hours even on the weekends. The grounds are regularly maintained and the maintenance requests were fulfilled very quickly. The leasing staff were pretty helpful and quick to respond as well. Overall I enjoyed my time at the complex with my only criticism being the parking not being assigned and having to pay extra for a reserved spot.

I am very happy with this move. The apartment is modern, has a swimming pool and gym, the neighbors are friendly and the staff are enthusiastic.

The experience was great and good ambience I recently moved in and so far, the experience has been smooth. The leasing process was straightforward, and the management team was helpful and responsive to my questions before and after move-in.
Apartments are situated very nice area Kept clean. Indoor parking and safe to stay .inside and out side beautiful . Close to most of places . Friendly neighborhood and environment makes it desirable place
The complex overall is nice but the rooms are a bit small. I’m a big tech guy, I wish they have a service for routing ethernet port or that its already pre-installed to the apartment. Of course I could do it myself but I don’t want to cause any accidental damage.
Moving in experience was perfect. The support from leasing office was on time, clear and concise. All work including screening and approval was completed in just 2 days time.

I've lived here for almost a month and its been truly fantastic. The community is excellent; quiet but diverse and friendly! The front office staff and maintenance have been super helpful and caring with the move-in process. The apartment is modern and well-maintained with a classy but simple aesthetic so it's easy to blend with multiple décor styles. The parking situation is solid, but can be hard to find an open spot beyond the top level if you get home after 9PM. The only downside is that the complex is a bit isolated; its surrounded by offices, other apartments, and hotels, so there's no walkable restaurants, shops, etc. That said, it does mean it's a VERY quiet neighborhood, so it evens out, imo. Also it's right off of 75 but not literally next to the highway.

The other residents are welcoming makes me feel safe and happy to be here. The amenities are great and always up to standards. The surrounding area is also great with a park very close by to spend time with the family.

Overall is good, but the noise problem is the normally isuue for each apartment. I could heard someone playing big music mak ethe whole building shaking. That really anoying.

Its a pretty good community to live in. I have completed my two years here and am starting my 3rd year at the community. they have good amenities and maintained common spaces. I like how they arrange small events for meet and greet so everyone can socialize and have a small get-together.

I have lived here for about two years. Everything is good, and the management team is warm and kind. However, I live on the 4th floor, and the HVAC noise from above is a bit loud during the summer.

Living in Junction at Galatyn Park, Richardson has been a fantastic experience. The apartment offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and comfortable living spaces. The facilities are top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center, a beautiful pool, and spacious common areas for socializing and relaxation. The staff is friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any needs.
This is a nice and friendly environment! I love all of the amenities especially the rooftop lounge, since my apartment didn’t come with a patio. The office staff is nice. There is a lot of things around for you to do. I found a nice walking trail on routh creek and renner!!! I recommend staying here.
I have enjoyed interacting with the staff here from Sam in the front office to Salvador and Jose in maintenance. I feel at home here and appreciate the efforts made to continue keeping the property clean and fresh.

Parking is always a problem. Garage is very compact. Has a few good amenities. Location is good and close to the highway. Pricing is fair and spacious rooms.

User experience has been pretty low quality. Moving into the apartment was a hassle with so many doors to get through and a very slow app to unlock doors. I didn’t realize I had to walk like a quarter of a mile just to get to the apartment no matter which entrance I take. The thermostat's in the units are old and not user friendly and the apartment came with a loud and buzzing AC unit. You have to use a phone app to unlock the garage door and while it’s tech savvy, it’s slow and inconvenient at times. You get a sticker with a QR code that you’re supposed to scan but won’t because of its reflective material. Apartment complex is nice and staff are approachable so far. Overall, the user experience is not strong and has much room for improvement.

I moved to Junction with hopes of having a neighborhood I would feel safe to walk in. I have walked in every direction, including navigating my way to and through Spring Creek. I have never felt uncomfortable nor in danger. I love the quietness of being surrounded by businesses and am not overwhelmed by the consistent hum of Dallas, though it is still present, but quietly. I sm enjoying my decision.

Absolutely love it here! The staff are nice. Blake and Sam are always there to answer any questions. Maintenance is always on time. Parking is a bit of a problem but I try to be home earlier so I can find parking on my floor.

Convenient to work and highway to go downtown or further north. Maintenance response time is amazing! The ladies that clean the common areas do an amazing job and they are sweet.

This isn't something current management can control, but my goodness, the ceilings are tall enough so as to render the smoke detectors almost unreachable. I have a small step stool, but nothing so large that I could get up there to replace old batteries. You're pretty much required to get maintenance to take care of it, and woe betide you if the battery needs replacing at 1:00 AM. Just don't use a swivel chair! Otherwise, service is pretty prompt and the maintenance guys are swell.
