JeffJack Apartments

So far I have loved living at JeffJack! The leasing agents and front desk persons are very helpful. We love our apartment and all of its amenities.

Love it! Very nice apartment and rooms. The amenities are excellent as well. The pool, study area, and room on the top floor are great. Conveniently located next to Union Station which was a huge plus for me without a car.

The staff and residents are exceptionally welcoming and courteous. They demonstrate prompt responsiveness and efficiently resolve issues in a timely manner. I am so pleased with my experience living in this building that I have decided to renew my lease for another year.

Apartment building and amenities are amazing and the management team has been great. Rooms are spacious and have updated appliances that all works very well.

Very good so far, nice unit. Overall, my time as a resident has been generally positive. The experience has met expectations in most areas, and I’ve appreciated the efforts made to ensure a smooth move-in.

Settling in well, the community is clean and well kept. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed living here so far and looking forward to summer time weather to get out and explore!

I love my apartment. The front door security is always welcome and kind when I ask questions. The leasing office is always super kind when I need help reserving the guest room or a parking spot. The maintenance team is always willing to talk with me and discuss any concerns. I truly enjoy the atmosphere of Jeffjack!

Everything from application to move in was a breeze at jeffjack! So far I’m loving it. Kimberly was such a big help through out the entire process.

Easy process to move in! I did purchase a parking spot and wasn’t told the number I should park in but a quick call fixed that. All staff is nice and welcoming

I recently moved into the apartment building, move-in process was very smooth and easy. Everyone working for the building has been extremely helpful and kind.

I'm thrilled to say that my move was an absolute breeze, thanks to the incredibly caring and helpful staff. The amenities are amazing and the atmosphere is simply electric! Choosing this place as my new home was definitely the best decision I've made in a long time.

My boyfriend and I just moved in and we are very pleased with the quick response from maintenance to fix an issue with our shower (Mike arrived just an hour after our submission and was so sweet/helpful!) and we love the layout of our space-- especially the big windows for a great view. Everyone has been super friendly and we are excited to settle in and take part in upcoming events!

All of the staff and my fellow residents have all been so nice and helpful! All of the amenity spaces have been kept clean and are so amazing to use. Also the events thrown are too notch and so much fun.

My only hesitation in sharing this community with others as a rental option is the price. The rest of the amenities, management and community as a whole is great and I would recommend it to others.

I would totally recommend this community. The staff have been more than hospitable and very sincere every time I communicate with them. The rooms are designed well with the renters in mind, and the shared amenities are always sparkly clean! The vending machines are such a nice touch too.

The building location feels safe, and the noise levels have MUCH improved these last few months! I no longer have noise issues during quite hours which is something I struggled with the past couple of years. There are a few nit-pick concerns that remain, such as the lack of responsible dog owners - especially with picking up after their pooches. Also, some neighbors struggle with the 2-people per elevator guideline and wearing masks guideline.

Just has everything I was looking for and was a relief when I found it after looking at other places online for months, and in person for 2 days. It also has a very intuitive website that shows floorplans and locations within the building-extremely helpful, give your web designer a bonus.

The hot tub is my favorite but I love the location and my cute little apartment!

Love JeffJack! It is close to work, my gym, mass transit, and all of the world class culture that the great city of Chicago has to offer. Add to that the top notch amenities and team that is onsite, I can confidently recommend JeffJack as a place to call home!

Imthe apartment is great but the location is just not prime for foodies. It's just slightly to far from the west loop

We loved our apartment and enjoyed our time living there. However, we wanted to upgrade to a bigger apartment. The option presented to "save" us from moving out didn't meet our desired layout nor floor preference and we didn't feel it provided enough value compared to similar communities. Also, compared to the previous managers, we did not feel as though the new managers were particularly sincere nor welcoming in our few encounters with them. We felt this was confirmed in our final statement which simply reads "move out reason: want something bigger but can't afford JJ 2B prices." It was never about what we could afford, it was about what we wanted to spend. At these prices and with the demographic you want to attract, we think building good rapport goes a long way to retaining clientele.

The staff I feel have become friends of mine, always so kind and care about my well-being. Plus, the building is always so clean, well kept, and I get great use out of the amenities.

Building is a good size (get the perks of living in a highrise without it being overwhelmingly big). Amenities are nice, although not always open. Staff is super helpful/friendly. Rent is about on par for the area/type of building. If you work in the loop, the location is pretty ideal. Would recommend.

The community over the years has changed slightly. Either a bit younger or seemingly unaware of the noise they make durning later bourse in the warm months.

The staff were always amazing. My biggest gripe is that this was positioned as a luxury apartment, but the appliances in particular were extremely low quality. My unit had really poor lighting in the living room. The rent is very high relative to the value. AT&T was a racket with their internet being extremely slow and very expensive. I'd strongly encourage looking for a better telecom partner.

The building is clean and amenities are awesome. All of the staff are so friendly. Rent is high and it feels like you are paying for amenities/newness of the building, but sacrificing the quality of your actual living space.

I would recommend this apartment based on its proximity to the downtown Chicago area, its excellent concierge/support staff, and in-unit amenities such as washer/dryer, air conditioning, etc.

It is a great place to live but the price is a little steep for most of my friends who have apartments downtown.

It's a fantastic building and all needs are met. The amenities are perfect. The walls are a bit thin, I can hear my neighbors on either side of me at times, so that's been less than ideal.

The one frustrating thing was the elevators were always being used by staff in the morning during high times of traffic for work. A few times there were only one elevator working during the morning commute. I understand floors need to be cleaned but maybe staff can hold the elevators during times of less traffic or after the morning commute hour.
