Worst Place to live in

Jefferson Hall apartments are a million miles away from "fine living". Crime is just arpund the corner and lazy alcoholics are everywhere. The rent is way to high for the lack of maintenance and just to fine part is very hard after 6pm and if you complaint to the head office the manager gets angry.
