Westover is a small tree-lined neighborhood about five miles southwest of Downtown Richmond. Westover has a lower cost of living and offers a variety of affordable rentals as well. Great for renters who enjoy the outdoors, the neighborhood is convenient to several natural areas and the James River. Powhite Park is great for mountain biking while Forest Hill Park offers riverside trails, tennis courts, and more.
