The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Jacinto Palms
I strongly advise against renting at this complex. some apartments are rat infested. they do not fix things in a timely manner which includes being without an A/C in the heat of the summer. I've seen several of the 1st floor apartments flood more than once with a heavy rain. my neighbor moved out because he had rats in his apartment.
Location is so peaceful, which is what I like about it & the staff management people are very nice and friendly.
HORRIBLE!!!! Management is completely incompetent, they do not know how to run an apartment complex, as well as risking the life of their residents by not responding correctly to MULTIPLE black mold alerts. After 3 floods (in less than a year) management decided to ignore the serious health issues that come after finding mold, they decided to simply cover up the mold with paint AFTER making a hole in my wall "looking for mold" WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH ME FIRST. I arrived not only to find a big hole on my wall, as well as the wood being completely rotten from years of water damage. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, TERRIBLE OVERALL APARTMENT COMPLEX (only move here if you are willing to risk getting sick due to major health concerns) several of my neighbors had the same problem.
