Living at Irvine Exchange has been an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable—everything I need is just a short walk or drive away, from great restaurants and shopping to parks and entertainment. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts I could ask for.

Irvine Exchange is a well maintained community that is located in an area with access to events, walking/exercise trails, and downtown Saint Paul while being located in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

I recently toured Irvine Exchange, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, making the entire experience seamless. The amenities are top-notch--beautiful pool, modern fitness center, and well-designed common areas. The apartments themselves are spacious and plenty of natural light. The location is also a huge plus!

Moving across the country was a bit overwhelming but everyone I have met this far has been so welcoming and kind! The staff is very knowledgeable about the building and things to do in the surrounding areas. They have been very great to work with and made the moving process easy!

The Irvine Exchange is, overall, a great place to live. It’s home to many kind residents and pets, and it’s a walkable distance from many restaurants and activities.

Lived here for about 3 years now! You just can't beat the location close to all the fun and great restaurants of West 7th, while also being close to the parks and river. Plan to renew again for next year!

The Exchange is consistently well maintained in every way; from our underground parking garage, community shared areas indoors and outdoor pool/patio spaces. The current office managers are always welcoming to the residents for any questions or concerns. A wonderful , uplifting environment.

Irvine Exchange is such a great community! The neighbors are very easy going and considerate. We’ve even built up a community library! Love meeting more people at the fun resident events.

Living at Irvine has overall been great! The location in Saint Paul is very nice for attending concerts and sporting events at the Excel Energy Center.

I really love this location. There are so many fun things to do and new restaurants to try in this neighborhood. The community is really awesome too! Kind neighbors, great maintenance, and friendly office. I love the complimentary herb garden and coffee station! 10/10

Excellent community, quiet, clean and friendly residents and most importantly they care for your pets. Oh and I absolutely love getting fresh coffee in the morning totally complimentary.

Overall, I have a had a great experience while living here. The staff is nice and the community is good. Would recommend.

Absolutely love the property and the staff. The apartment layout is great for me as a single person. The location is ideal as it is right on the 54 bus line straight shot to the airport. Great property for those that travel for work frequently.

My St. Bernard and I just moved into Irvine Exchange and we love it! It is such a pet-friendly community in a perfect location for walks along the river or dinner at Cossettas. It is a great place to be!

Every time I have a guest over they are very impressed with the luxury feel and look of the inside and outside of the building. The pool area is also a big hit.

My window overlooks the Mississippi River and downtown Saint Paul, I can't think of a better place to life and love life... And it's only a Studio apartment!

This place feels like luxury living while still having that cozy warm feeling of home. The surrounding area is very fun but can be quiet at the same time which is excellent.

The Exchange is a beautifully appointed modern environment. The number of residents makes it an ideal size for maintaining privacy,but still having neighborly interactions when coming and going. It provides great amenities and special community events. I appreciate the age diversity. On site management has a friendly, helpful open door policy and attention is payed to the cleanliness and upkeep of the building. The location of The Exchange is ideal for dining options and great access to waliking /biking areas near the river. I love it here??

I think the management team provides a great deal of personality to the building and as difficult as thier job is they need to remember that the building is home to others. The maintenance team is the best, they are truely the heart of this building and do everything to help make your experience go smoothly.

Great location and amenities which are cancelled by poor overall construction, poor insulation and dogs, dogs, dogs, dogs! It's like living in a very expensive kennel.

I've been living at Irvine-Exchange since it opened. It is clean, quiet, and very friendly. I love that it is very conveniently located by the river, West-7th, and downtown. And there are lots of dogs here!

I think Irvine Exchange is a very nice apartment. I actually toured over 10 apartments before deciding to live here. The location is great, and it is only a 10-15 minute drive to all the major places in St. Paul and Minneapolis. The residents are all gentlemen and kind people. It is a quiet and comfortable place to live.

Without hesitation we are happy to recommend Irvine Exchange to anyone!!

The Irvine Exchange is a secure,friendly and well maintained place to live. There are many special amenities and social events offered for residents. The office managment is especially friendly and accommodating. They encourage the renters to share ideas for the well being of all who reside here. Jon and his staff always make time for us. Irvine Exchange Apartments fits our lifestyle in so many ways. We like to exercise, go out to eat, go out for drinks, and have access to many events. We are able to walk to almost every place we want to go so we are loving that aspect of our apartment life. Plus we love the interior of our apartment!!!

I was unable to tour the apartment complex before signing the lease. The staff at the Irvine exchange answered all my questions and made the online leasing process easy. I love my apartment and all the amenities the complex offers. Also, the location is hard to beat!

I've been living here since the building opened and it's been great. It's clean and quiet and there are lots of friendly people and dogs! Plus it is really great being this close to the businesses in downtown St. Paul and just a couple of blocks from the river.

Irvine Exchange has a very clean and modern community. The ability to use an application to unlock a secure package room is great! Not to mention the ability to let in visitors from your apartment unit with the same application. Their management is very respectful and prompt to most communication. My favorite part, is having your own washer and dryer, which was a key reason why I chose to live here! My only complaint is I wish the weight room was larger and had more equipment.

Great place to live. So close to the bustling city yet steps away from the river and Irvine Park. We love the layout of our apartment especially the balcony and private rooftop patio. Couldnt ask for a better apartment community!
