Residents of Love Field enjoy the park’s three-mile hike and bike trail, picnic areas, boating opportunities, recreation center, indoor aquatic center, and scenic views of the lake with airplanes often flying above. Other parks reside in the area, as well as shopping and entertainment venues. Property Ratings at Inwood on the Park
There are so many problems here that it’s hard to know where to start. While this complex was never fabulous it wasn’t too bad until Sunridge Property Management took over. Now that they are in charge things have gone steadily downhill. The other reviewers who mentioned roaches are not exaggerating. I’ve lived here for 2 years. First year wasn’t bad. In the last year we’ve had the exterminator out more times than I can count and I’m still seeing roaches. I’ve lived in my share of apartments in Dallas and this is the only one that’s had this problem so I have to assume it’s the complex not the residents. Maintenance here is a joke. Don’t expect even the most basic of repairs to be done quickly or accurately. A leak in your bathroom? Be prepared to wait for weeks and for maintenance to screw the repair up the first time. The latest problem is that the only elevator in the building that accesses the first floor has been out of service for 10 weeks. I’ve heard the following from maintenance and the leasing office: parts on back order, property management has no intention of spending the money on the repair, it will be repaired next week and even received a email that it would be repaired yesterday. Guess what’s still not working.? You can ignore the property management responses on the site. Believe me - I’ve gone to them with concerns and things aren’t any better.

We're committed to providing a comfortable living environment for all residents and will be addressing these issues with our team. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
It’s nice being close to the major highways with easy access to things around Dallas. Another positive is being next to UTSouthwestern and Lovefield airport. Also the apartment gym is in good shape, and you can often find equipment open when you need it. Other positives include my 6-legged visitors, the roaches and I have been well acquainted for three years! I’d like to thank Inwood on the Park for letting me have dozens of friendly cockroach visitors every single day! I also hate proper lighting, and A/C. So thank you again for ignoring my service requests, Inwood! Two years without A/C working in one of my rooms has let me soak my sheets in sweat for the last two summers. I am sad that my kitchen light is out, because I cannot see all of my close friends, the roaches, scurry away as I go to the fridge. Living here has helped me stay in the Christmas spirit year round, because I pay a pest control fee, and receive nothing back in return. It’s not about what you get, it’s about what you give. The thin walls are another plus of living here. I love being aware every time my upstairs/downstairs neighbors open a kitchen cabinet or want to walk in their apartment. Another great amenity of living here is that the management group (Sunridge) is eager and happy to boot or tow a car whenever they get the chance. So even though my roach friends are here to stay, at least my car gets a cross town trip for free.

Absolute worst apartments I've ever seen. Besides trash and roaches, front office staff will ghost you when you have a problem. I wish i could attach photos of the condition of our apartment on the DAY we moved in. No housekeeping had come to clean AT ALL. Dust was built up on ceiling fans, trash still left in kitchen drawers, fridge had brown liquid in the drawers, floors not swept, no outlets in the kitchen worked, no mini blind or curtain in master bedroom where window faces a common area. Really can't say enough negative things about this place. Awful.

Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.
We've lived here for 2 years and can't wait to leave. There are roaches everywhere! I've stopped using the dishwasher because roaches live in there, but I still see roaches climbing over the dishes I put onto the dishwasher to dry after hand-washing them. It's so gross! I've stopped cooking here entirely and only use disposable dishes and silverware so I know it's not roach infested.

Hi, User. We apologize that you aren't completely satisfied with our community. If you are having pest issues please call up to the front office 1 214-353-9100 so we can put you on the pest control list. Please do not hesitate to contact our corporate office at inwoodmanager@sunridgeapts.net with any other concerns you may also have. Thanks for the review and please have a wonderful day.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Do not move here. These are the problems that have occurred since my moving in less than a year ago in chronological order: -apartment was infested with roaches the day of move in, as well as the carpets were soaking wet (we were told there would be laminate floors but there were not) -continued problem with roaches, so we requested a pest control cleanout -pest control stole jewelry (it was not reported because pest control had been in so many times we were not sure what day it had happened) -kitchen was barely functional for almost a month due to miscommunication between apartment management and pest control company for said cleanout -car was stolen from the parking garage -rental car (because of the stolen car) was booted because of incorrect information provided by management to correctly register the car -gates are broken more often than not Management will not work with you to remedy the situations and instead will talk down to you for their lack of communication. Separate from the problems that have impacted me: -there is a constant puddle in a hallway due to a leak in a higher floor apartment that has apparently been going on for 2 years and management has not fixed the problem. The puddle leaks into their apartment and I assume that is the reason they are moving out. For the amount residents pay, this is unacceptable and appalling that they allow these problems to persist.
From the day that I moved in my apartment was infested with roaches. It is so disgusting to the point where I don't feel comfortable cooking which has taken a toll on my physical health. Which is ridiculous considering I go to school literally 20 feet away from the complex and have never seen a roach which tells me that this complex is straight up lazy and doesn't care for its tenants I am very excited to be leaving. Also, depending on the day the hallways reek of marijuana. It is also very difficult to even have guests over considering the parking garage is basically empty they have the nerve to boot cars without giving us a notice that they were going to start enforcing their parking garage rules. Overall this place is also very dated the pictures are deceiving the only good looking place in this complex is the office.

Hi, User. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're disappointed to know you haven't been enjoying our community. If you witness any illegal activity please immediately report it to the police and then inform us in the front office. We do not condone illegal activity here at Inwood on the Park. Visitor and guest parking signs are at the entry of the garage that let you know where to park. If you need pest control, please contact the leasing office at 214-353-9100 to be placed on the pest control list for the next service call.
I have lived here for over 2 years. The complex has been mostly good but has some flaws. The good: -Overall the complex is nice and conveniently near Love Field, UT Southwestern and a few other locations. -Management is very prompt on service requests. -The park right next door in front of UT Southwestern is a great place to walk/run and makes the area much more family and activity friendly. -The pool is usable for lap swim which is rare for apartment pools. -The gym is nicer than most apartment gyms and good enough for most exercises. -The courtyards are also a nice place to hang out, read and walk. The flaws: 1) Pre-COVID, I never had any pest issues and the apartment would spray every 6 months or so. They stopped doing automatic in-apartment pest sprays and I have had bugs for a while now. I have had pest spray come in but to no avail. Fortunately I have not had roaches and can deal with the bugs. 2) There have been a lot of issues with fire alarms going off at random hours (usually late at night unfortunately) and Elevator III seems to be continuously broken. The pool often turns green and is unusable for some time every few months. Overall, these are minor annoyances. 3) The area is relatively safe though there was a mailbox break in about a year ago and have been a few other crimes in and around the complex. 4) The valet trash fee is higher than most apartment complexes ($36/month) and I never use it (I walk the measly 20 feet to the garbage shoot instead) I wish this were optional but management won't budge on it. Overall, if you are a medical professional at UT Southwestern or another individual working in the area I would recommend it but would not give it 4-5 stars for the reasons above.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate it. I wanted to let you know that the property has addressed and corrected the concerns you mentioned to help ensure a better living experience moving forward.
cockroaches everywhere pest control has been visiting every week and its still ridiculous. If you walk this complex pay attention to how many bugs there are laying dead around the complex and even in the fitness center its disgusting worst apartment experience I've ever had especially considering that they charge you for pest control every month. A lot of extra fees on rent and management never wants to take responsibility. Loud and noisy construction across the street 6 days a week starting at 7am I can't eat, cook or sleep comfortably in my own home, save your money time and energy by renting elsewhere I regret and stress every day. I give one star for location would give zero if I could

We appreciate your review and regret that you’ve had an unsatisfactory experience with our staff. We’ve made improvements in our communication and staff responsiveness, and we’re committed to ensuring every resident has a positive interaction moving forward. Thank you for helping us grow through your honest feedback.
I have lived here for 3 years in 2 different apartments. Both layouts have been dirty, and roach infested. The customer service is awful, and everything is always broken. The elevators are always malfunctioning, the fire alarms go off in the middle of the night, the water is always being shut off, and the garage gate is always breaking. My truck has been broken into multiple times and my catalytic converters were stolen when the gate was left open. Please do not live here. Go somewhere else.

If you work in Medical District this is a perfect location, really nice and affordable apartments; also I totally give the office staff especially Hector and Madelynn 5 stars for all the help they gave me, very much above and beyond!

I lived in inwood as a student going to nursing school for two years and a half. The customer service is amazing. At first, the apartment has some issues such as cockroaches but as new management came in they help eliminate the issue. They do weekly pest control. I really enjoyed the environment and the cleanliness of the apartment complex. I highly recommend.

Being across the street from the University of Texas Southwestern, there are a great deal of medical students and doctors and their families. This is a big factory in the quietness of the complex. The koi fish pond in the courtyard just adds to the tranquility, as well as the always running hot tub. Maintenance is responsive and polite. Also very affordable to being so close to Uptown. I've lived in 4 apartments so far and this is by far my favorite.
