I tell everyone about this place. It is well maintained and staff us really nice and cares about their residents. The location is at the center of downtown and you can walk everywhere.
Interurban is a great place to live. The staff is amazing. I am recommending that everyone should come by and see the building and the staff.
True loft-style units, safe property, reliable staff, friendly neighbors. Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommend this property.
I've been at Interurban for 6 years and the apartment is getting better all the time and I truly believe its the determination from Ray Lane (Manager) to be proactive to be a better place. I like it so much I always tell people to check the complex out.

One thing I really appreciate here is the communication. When I needed something fixed asap, or had a concern, the maintenance team would be on top of it. Not just your apartment, but also the amenities! Whenever I had a guest coming over to visit, Hailey would always answer back promptly. Interurban Building is great at hospitality but they’re also great at hosting events and pool parties, which is all thanks to Raymond. Living here has been a fantastic experience and would invite others to come too when looking to live in downtown Dallas.

It was a seamless process and Hailey was very helpful. The loft living app is a bit funny but everything else compensates. The halls smell a bit funny and hopefully they can get that fixed. Otherwise, good and very quiet.

I just moved into Interurban in March and am so happy with my apartment. The leasing team is super friendly, responsive, and helpful. Hailey and Ray are great at what they do and really make sure that you have the options and things that you need. Regarding the building, there are tons of pros. Parking garage is awesome (big, easy to navigate, always open spots for residents), free Cowboys Fit membership, and newly installed fiber wifi. Everything is really clean, and they even put fresh flowers out every week. My apartment was cleaned by a team and they did a great job, and Ray ensured to fix all of my requests before move-in. Love the location as well, and there are constant security guards around, so I feel very safe 24/7.

Interurban is by far one of the best decisions I've made throughout my time in Dallas! Ray, our building manager, always goes above and beyond to make sure that we have everything we need & has been beyond welcoming. The security are phenomenal and I have never felt safer!

Love the location, the building staff, my space, and the other residents. A great sense of community. The only reason I hesitate to grant 5-stars is the need for minor updates to the amenities and units. They are dated. Still acceptable but dated.

I have been living here for almost 3 years. The maintenance and housing staff have always been providing the best quality service and care. The location is great in downtown and I love going regularly to Cowboys Fit that is in the same building.

I love living at the Interurban! In my opinion, it’s conveniently located downtown and is the perfect space for me. The units are all so unique and really fit my personality. The only downside, are some outdated amenities. The gym has improved since I moved in nearly two years ago, but has a way to go.

We love living in the Interurban because of the location, the building history and decor, and the staff. Property managers and security are very friendly. Good community at this apartment. Makes me feel safe living here. The maintenance team is also the dream team because they will do anything to help you out.
Love living here! It feels so homey and quaint. I wish the gym was more updated, but other than that, so great! Management team is very helpful and the maintenance workers are amazing.
I’m rarely home but i do love everything about this building. The location is great, it’s also safe and secure. The neighbors are friendly and the building staff is really helpful. I really like the layout of my apartment the best.
I haven’t had many issues living here, but for the small ones that I have encountered the team resolved every one. The entire team is great and living here has been easy.

I’ve had an amazing experience here at the Interurban Building. The staff along with the maintenance crew is always responsive and quick to get things done. If i wasn’t moving cities, i would definitely renew my lease here.

We love our space here at Interurban! It’s a great location for us, close to work and we feel very safe in the building and coming and going. There are so many things to do in the neighborhood and surrounding areas, we are never bored. Besides the area, we love Hayley and the property management team, they have always quickly addressed any questions we have had and are friendly and welcoming. We love our living space and hosting friends and family, using our terrace and having the guest room available when needed. The pool and hot tub availability is great for entertaining (as well as the shared common space which we haven’t taken advantage of yet) and I love the Amazon locker space which I use frequently. I’m excited to attend the next resident event! The parking is safe and secure as well. We love the history of the building and the pics of the structure as it was sprinkled through the halls. I’ve recommended this to several people thinking of making a move. I love it here!

Love my apartment, neighbors are awesome! I love the pool area and how involved management is with the facility and the staff! The hallways get cleaned everyday and the staff here goes above and beyond for us!

love the staff almost as much as I love the building. And the building being so secure is always a plus, especially given it’s location. I like hearing from the few residents that I’ve been able to speak with that they are long term leasers and they’ve been here for multiple years. I think doing more resident events or gatherings is a good idea, too. In short, I’m pleased with my first month of occupancy here and can’t wait to see what this next year is like.

This would be a great place but the new manager and leasing agents are not responsive when approached/emailed about issues. Simply respond or bring in someone that will. I never had issues with the team that was here during my first year. They were wonderful.
