Smaller community

My sister was looking or a smaller community where neighbors know each other. We couldn't tour an empty apartment, but we liked the fact that we met the manager and the maintenance man, who told us he had worked there for many years. A complex with good maintenance was very important for my elderly sister. She has been there for almost a year and loves it.

I have been living at Indian River Apartments for a little over twenty years. I love it there. I don’t have any plans of moving any time soon. Management is wonderful, and if there is a problem, it is taken care of immediately. They are all very people friendly and professional. You couldn’t ask for a better team.

Good place to start over

I would've given it a 5 star rating. It's a nice place to start over. Their staff is helpful and reliable. The apartments are cute and just a perfect size for me and my son. The location is very ideal and near everything. The only issue I have so far is the wall are super thin. I live on the first floor and can hear everything that's happening up stairs. Heavy footsteps usually in the middle of the night. It wakes me and my son up most of the time. I wish they would take care of that problem. Everything else is awesome.

Indian River Apartments & Townhomes

Staff is GREAT! Very friendly and personable. Maintenance is quick and polite! Laundry is a little expensive but work GREAT and very private and clean! Love my assigned parking and the dumpsters are NEVER full! The office is unoccupied sometimes due to only having one employee but it hasn't been a problem. NOT imcome restricted!!! GREAT courtyards. Our upstairs neighbors smoke so we have to run our bathroom fan 24/7.. bummer!. Appliances are new and work well. I love having a ceiling fan! I wish we had more storage space inside; the water heater takes up about a quarter of our "walk-in" closet. over all its a great place to live. It is the best bang for your buck for sure !!!! The area was a little "if-y" to me at first but we have not had any problems... we are across the street from a very family friendly residential area. Walking distance to the family dollar, auto parts place, and lots of fast food. Definitely recommend this property!
