I have lived here for a few years and so far the experience has been really good, it is always clean and the apartments are relatively new, moreover, the location is very good.
I have been to this place for 9 months now and I can say this is place is awesome. It’s secured and the staffs and admin are friendly. Everything is systematic and organized. Plus it’s near to T and Star Market with Starbucks. I soooo love this place.
Live into HUB25 is a greatful experience because we count with good areas and have access to the public transportation (train and bikes). Thanks
Great location with less than 5 min walk to the T station. There is a Star Market right new door that opens until 11 pm. Very convenient for grocery shopping. Because the location is close to the T station, the noise from the train and also the highway is not neglectable. I have to close the windows at night for a good sleep.
The hub 25 has been home to so many memories and good times. I have the best neighbors and have made so many good friends whilst living here. Going on 3 years now since I’ve moved in, and the rent prices stay fair!!! I have no gripes. The staff and management have been amazing to say the least and I don’t see myself going anywhere anytime soon.
Love the convenience of public transportation and shopping right at my doorstep. Management and maintenance staff friendly and helpful and great amenities!! Clean common areas within and without the development.

The staff here are very quick to reply and meet your needs. They worked diligently to get me move in promptly and made sure to find a car space that worked for my large vehicle. The space is always clean and secure. I also love how close it is to the T line.
So far so good, couple things that should've been fixed prior to moving in would've been helpful but everything else is good so far. Definietely love the convinience of the location.
Move in has been great. The sink was dripping when I first moved in and they had someone fix it within a day (it was a Sunday). Overall experience has been great so far and the people have been friendly.
Moving in was easy. Front office was professional and helpful. They explained everything about amenities and services. Toured our apartment and was very friendly.
The apartment complex has a convenient location, great staff and prompt addressing of any maintenance issues. It is well-connected to public transportation and located close to a grocery store. Views are unobstructed by tall buildings and the amenities are well-maintained.
I've lived at Hub25 for over five years. It's at a convenient location with less than five minutes to the red line JFK/U Mass station. There is also a Star Market store right next to my building, making it easy for grocery shopping. There are plenty of amenities. I use the gym a lot. It's not very big but it's also usually not crowded anyway. There is an outdoor pool which is open in the summer. The staff are very responsible. Repairs are very fastly done. Communication with the leasing office has been good as well. The only downside is that my apartment faces the side where the T runs. It gets very noisy if I keep my windows open. I have to keep it closed at night for sure.
Good quality apartments, great appliances, maintenance crew is quick and efficient (if you ever need them) and it is overall a very clean and welcoming place.

Living here for almost 3 yrs has been such an experience! Love the fact that i am at the doorstep of bus and transit transportation as well as shopping convenience.
I think Hub 25 is a great place to live! Is it perfect? No. But overall I’ve had a pleasant experience here. I can’t complain! It’s nearby a grocery store and very close to downtown Boston (less than 15 min without traffic)! I love the location, and it’s relatively quiet overall.
So far so great! I’m really enjoying living here and how peaceful it is. I also love how kind Stuart, the assistant manager, has been and how smooth he made the move in process for me.
As always I feel very happy to live here, the location is the best and I consider the service is excellent. Thank you and keep the good work.
I love it. It's nice and peaceful the management office is very respectful and my neighbor are really friendly. I love that it's a supermarket right across the street from the building.
Great community- respectful and always helpful 10/10 recommend. The front desk helped me set everything up from a different state altogether, we’re always a call away and very cooperative. I appreciate Stuart and Eliot a lot.
It has been great living here at Hub25. The location is very convenient: less than 5 min from the red line T station and a Star Market store right near the apartment. The noise is minimal if your apartment is not facing the train track. Mine is actually facing the train track, so I have to shut my windows all the time. This is not ideal, but not a deal breaker.

The place and people are awesome. I am excited to be in my home here in Massachusetts. The location is very convenient situated just near the Train.
Lived here for about a year. Location is nice being right next to the T, you have Carson beach a 2 minute walk away, and a Star Market but other than that you don’t have much around you. The building itself is very nice and kept up really well.
Better price wise than other managed buildings, but would’ve appreciated more soundproofing being that this is a really loud part of the city. Great staff, e-mails are answered promptly, the kitchen in my unit is a bit dated and the flooring is this plastic material. Always clean and warm in the lobby.
As always I am very happy to live here, is a very convenient place because of the location, the amenities, it is always clean and that is something that I really like.
I am having a good time staying at Hub25. Specifically, the staff and maintenance team work effectively. I just recently renew my lease and hope to have another fabulous year.
Hub25 is a wonderful place to live! The location is great - right next the red line T stop, close to both major highways, steps away from both Southie and Dorchester, and walking distance to a grocery store (very convenient for those late-night ice cream cravings!). The building itself is cared for beautifully and maintenance is so on top of things. When I put in a maintenance request, it takes less than a day for someone to response and come find a solution to the issue. The management team is wonderful as well and are always there to help with whatever you need. I simply cannot say enough good things about living here!

The place is really nice for people who does not have a car! I tried to rent but the first available parking spot was for the next 2 months!

The building is really great , and the front desk do a great job of trying to get to know you and make sure that you are comfortable. I think for me, the four stars is because of the neighborhood, and not necessarily the building.
Choosing Hub25 as my first home here in the US is a decision I truly enjoy. The amenities are great, maintenance is good and location is super close from the T and Star Market. I pray that the lease renewal price will not be as high so I can enjoy the place further. Staying here is highly recommended!
