High staff turnover rate is disappointing but it’s happening everywhere. I don’t like the rent payment system because there are too many fees. Otherwise. I love my apartment and the community. Staff are friendly.
We just moved in and everything has been running very smoothly! The move-in process was very easy and everything was explained very well. We are really enjoying the amenities that Holly Crest has to offer. Everything is very clean and people are very friendly.
I have been looking in the area for a new apartment and believe I will be signing here after my recent tour with Jadon. He was extremely helpful in giving all the details of the apartment & amenities. The apartment and grounds were also exceptionally clean and well kept - something not many apartments complexes are capable of. I highly recommend giving this location a tour if you’re looking for an apartment!

We live here for past 2 years. This is a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day. The gym is open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely and clean. We just extended our lease for next year! Yea!
I've been at Holly crest for over a year now and it seems that it's going down hill fast. The nosie level at night has gone way up since I've lived there. The office staff has changed at least 4 times and you never know who's going to be there when you walk in. I see cops in the apartment complex almost every night now. They don't let you know when things are changing until its too late. Like for example they have a wonderful barista that makes coffee for you in the morning that they are getting rid of for a machine that is never cleaned and always out of order. They had told people she would be working until this Friday only to come in this morning that it was her last day. I don't recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet place.
The leasing office never addresses noise disturbances. They also refer you to the police but they can't do anything. When you give a negative review the property management company replies with fake concern but when you talk to someone at Northwood Ravin they'll tell you there isn't anything they can do even if you provide supporting evidence. Pictures coming soon of the cracks in the walls etc also.
I have been living here for the past 13 months and absolutely love these apts. I chose to renew for another year not only because of fun amenities and close proximity to my work place, but because the staff is very responsive to service requests and getting things done. Especially, Fiona and not to forget Dawn and Becca were really helpful in making my renewal process super simple and easy. Fiona also helped me track down a missing package. She’s one of the best people management staff could ask for on their!!!! Love these peeps and the apartments.
Had a blast visiting Fiona at Holly Crest! It was so nice waking up in the a.m and heading over to the cafe and getting that complementary morning latte. I also worked out in the fitness center which is loaded with everything I needed to make my workout possible. My fave spot was outside by the pool. The apartments are so nice and very well maintained (thank you Dawn and staff). It’s so comforting to know my parents are living somewhere not only beautiful but safe!
My boyfriend and I are thinking about moving to the area after graduation and took a tour of the one bedroom model. Fiona gave us such a warm welcome to Holly Crest and showed us all of the amenities the community has to offer. The model was absolutely beautiful and we could not be more excited to move here soon. If you’re interested in touring here, ask for Fiona- she’s super knowledgeable, helpful and fun! We even got to meet the manager, Dawn, and she was super sweet and funny as well. Really, a luxury experience all the way around from the people to the gorgeous apartments. Can’t wait to join the community at Holly Crest soon. Highly recommend!!
Just moved in yesterday. The apartment design and layout is great but thats about it so far. Our apartment wasn't move in ready for the amount of money you are spending here. The place was half cleaned and the carpet was dirty and stained which they have agreed to replace. Day 2 we have ants and last night noticed our light in the master bedroom is out. Also today I found out there are only one set of trash cans for the entire community and they expect us to walk 2 blocks over with all our move in trash and boxes to dispose of. We live on the 3rd floor with no elevators. I am very disappointed at the services here already. Especially since we came a day early to make sure the place was ready to standard just to fine nothing was done. Also we were never told about the one set of trash cans. Like who does this in quality apartment communities? I guess their not...please find somewhere else to live...I definitely am having regret right now.

We toured Holly Crest. Your leasing agent, Christina, is very blunt, quick, hurried and sounds kind of rude. What happened to being nice to the customer? Very much turned us off from your property. It won't always be 98 to 99% occupied and the customer service goes a long way in keeping your tenants. I certainly hope she isn't in management. She really needs to have years of training on how to treat people. Very disappointed.

If you don't mind the dog being let out to poop on the balcony next door to you make sure to rent here. Imagine the odor as you enjoy the view of dog poop as you sip that first cup of coffee in the cool morning (or evening air)because it will be there all day. It is allowed to remain because, oh dear, there is nothing management can do. They cannot enter an apartment unless allowed. I was given the signal that it was time for me to leave when my apartment lights began to flash for no reason. As I am African American, I have experienced this kind of housing excitement before. Good thing my lease is almost up because I don't feel welcome.
I went to visit Holly Crest and was blown away. Christina in the leasing office was professional, , accommodating and extreay friendly. My husband and I received a tour of the facility and loved every part of it. The apartments were top notch, the common areas were nicely kept and very comfortable. We felt as though we were at a resort. Very close to shopping and 77. This property is highly recommended.
