The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hollow Creek Apartments
I've been living in these apartments since 2009 and left in January 2022. I'll just make thing straight: if I could write a more scathing review to tarnish this place and its reputation I would. This place is without a doubt one of the worst places I have ever lived in. Over the course of my time here I was subjected with literal rat infestion(I saw them DAILY to the point where if I saw one I was no longer scared and just simply stomped them out and got it over with.), Roaches, small bugs in bathrooms, lack of AC/Heat during Summer/Winter, mold growing along vents, poor wall infrascture, shootings, breaking ins, multiple repair complaints ignored, lack of proper mangement and maintence, roaches and more. Their management reeks unprofessionalism and their maintence lack any kind of skill to adequately get a job done. This place is one of the worst places I think anyone can stay at. Please, if you're someone who's below middle-class/barely middle-class do not EVER subject yourself to living in this place if you can find anywhere else which is more suitable. I'm so glad I got out of this place and I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone.
SERIOUSLY. I can not stress enough-avoid at all costs!!! I Don’t know how it shows their ratings as 4/5 stars. Tenants hate and it leave. Check out the reviews on Facebook and Google. Nasty property. You have to call and beg for them clean up the area around the dumpster because tenants will send their small children to take out the trash! AC was out almost 5 weeks and all they did was give a rent credit if $100. Office will randomly close before the hours posted. Or will say “will return at 3:45” and be closed the rest of the day. They change maintenance guys more than I change the oil in my car-and sometimes have to get them from temp agencies. The Gates into the complex hardly ever work and when brought up to the office I am told that they aren’t for security. People park in the fire lanes, block garages with vehicles. Parking passes and guideline enforcement was set to begin 9/15/18-Yeah that was a no go. They don’t enforce the breed restrictions or pet policy, AT ALL. They have some apartments that have 2-3 bedrooms with 5-9 people in them. I have been here over 6 years because the price point is hard to pass but NO LONGER will I stay quiet about the atrociousness of this property. Back to the AC being out. A couple months later after it was fixed (and it taking almost 5 weeks of no air)-a potential tenant was visiting the office while I was dropping off a work order and asked how maintenance was and gave an example of AC going out. I stood by curiously to hear their answer. She told them that within 24 hours they would have a temporary unit and it would be fixed in less than a weeks time-I laughed and interrupted and let the prospective tenant know the truth. Bugs are a disgusting problem that will never get fixed-the residential property inspections never occur and so infestations across the property are very common. I’ve had work orders open over 24 months-they get lost or misplaced and I have to keep putting them in AND YET-STILL NOTHING GETS DONE. I’ve been a retail GM now for 10 years and know how to manage people and property. I also know how to treat people. Everything here is Overpromised and Underdelivered. Save yourself the headache and stay away!!!
