Property Ratings at Hillview Apartments
Only thing that the propert manager do is ghosting. DO NOT MOVE!!! There is literally a crime going on in the apartment complex and she does nothing.
Been living here 6 months, great experience so far. The staff is responsive to issues when Ive called. No problems with safety. Happy with the place.
There are many wonderful things about this apartment complex. They leave you alone and the spaces are not infested. However, if you choose to live here, be prepared to have little to no maintenance. Appliances advertised with the unit may take FOUR MONTHS to be in working order. And then staff will refuse to fix anything else if they decide you’ve used your allotted maintenance request. So be prepared to fix things or not have them. Or do legal recourse—after ten days, fix it yourself and subtract from rent (state law). You don’t have Seattle protections at this location, as it’s unincorporated King County. I emphasize again: if you never need maintenance, this is a fabulous place to live. Good luck!

I will be honest, when I first moved in almost 4 years ago parking was not great and we went through our share of landlords. Our recent land lady Nancy is wonderful. She is very open to helping the tenants. Whenever we need anything done to our home she’s always coming through. Me and my boyfriend both work near downtown so the commute to work is amazing. I love the location and I’m close to everything(stores, mall etc.) I’m loving the new faces that are moving in and the guest parking has been wonderful! Nancy was able to get the cars that would just sit for months out for good. Now I can have friends and family over. Rent is priced good for almost Seattle. If you’re looking for a ln area that’s not too Seattle but you still want to be close to the freeway and shops, this is a great place. Every part of Seattle has noise and of course this area does too, but I live it here!
