Updated apartments with updated kitchens with tile floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Apartment units either have wall to wall carpet or hardwood floors. Updated bathrooms as well. DOUBLE PANE ENERGY EFFICIENT WINDOWS. Easy access to freeways 101, 280, and 92. Close to Belmont Caltrain station with a variety of stores. Each unit has one parking space with storage. The building has laundry room facilities and an on site manager. We pay for water and garbage. Sorry no pets and no smoking.
