The location and views are amazing! Maintenance requests are addressed immediately. Apartments are spacious but rent is higher than expected. Rent on lower floors could be lower than that on higher floors.
Best views for the price I guess. Every apartment has stunning views all times of the year. Old building but not terrible just needs maintaining.

Office and maintenance personnel are very prompt in taking action if you raise a concern. Building is secure because of the FOB given to each tenant, even the packages are secure because of the Amazon Hub located at the ground floor…

It is ok, there are a lot of things that don't work throughout the apartment and the laundry situation needs to be fixed asap. Other than that, they are pretty responsive when you reach out.

Hightower apartments will nickel and dime their residents through inflated prices while also providing inadequate service. When moving out, I was charged $30 for 12 small, flimsy plastic blinds this was also billed two me two months after I moved out, acting as if it was my fault they didn’t get in contact with me sooner. I was also charged an absurd $200 for a late fee when I paid rent on the 4th of the month. The worst part is the disfunctional air conditioning unit. Trying to sleep while it’s 85 degrees in your apartment is unbearable. Management would not do anything either. Stay away from Hightower apartments at all costs. I would give zero out of five stars if possible.

Location is great, other than that this place is terrible. Appliances are extremely cheap, the shades break by themselves from the sun and management wants the tenants to pay for it (which they charge a lot,) rent is late on the 3rd not the 5th and the late fee is $150 which is absurdly steep. The worst part of all is the Air Conditioning though. If you live on the south side of the building your place will be 82 degrees with no hope of getting it lower. My suggestion: find another place to live and don’t be fooled by the pictures.

Perfect location between the University of Utah and downtown Salt Lake City. Most apartments have excellent 180 views of the whole valley or avenues and foothills. Excellent amenities with outdoor pool access across the street in new apartment building by same owner. 24 hour surveillance. Pet friendly. Secured building.

They do not enforce garbage rules so trash is always in the hallways. The pipes are old and they intentionally do not fix them. So your apartment will be flooded ... at some point.
