man im so dang happy they changed the staff here!!!! i was bout move but will be stayin as long as the erika and her team are here! she noticed my patio door needed fix and got it done without me even having to go in and report it! now where that happen at these days? no where!

I've been here going on two years now and this is honestly probably the most quiet property in the area. The new management team is great. There are finally people answering the phones and keeping the office open. The grounds stay clean and I've even seen the manager and her assistant out cleaning the amenities themselves. Parking can be tight if you're coming home late but honestly it's never really been a big issue. Its really nice to have ppl who actually care in the office!

If you’re thinking about moving into this Highland Apartment in Houston, you might want to think twice. I actually like this place because it’s quiet and close to downtown Houston, but lately it seems to be going downhill. And by “going downhill,” I don’t just mean the amenities like the pool and gym, it’s also the way they treat the residents here. First of all, the main gate is always broken. I once saw a brand-new Toyota Camry get all four of its wheels stolen while the gate was wide open (basically welcoming the thieves in). Another issue is that I don’t understand why they added so many visitor parking spots. They recently added about 10 more visitor spaces, and now there are around 30–35 visitor spots in total, while residents barely have any place to park. If you come home after around 10 PM, you can expect to leave your car out on the street and deal with all the risks that come with that. I just hope the apartment management considers improving the situation here, because I think most residents genuinely like the overall environment and atmosphere.

This complex is near Hwy 290, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and every other modern convenience. It is a gated community that is always clean and very quiet. Maintenance is a dream and works quickly. All new appliances and upgrades. Upstairs units have vaulted ceilings and large windows that let in so much light. We love it here!

The apartment is amazing and gorgeous, the upgrades and renovations are definitely worth it. They did a fantastic job remodeling the Los apt unit

i love how quiet it is and how quick they are to fix any problems with your apartment ! The staff is amazing they answer all the questions you have and try there best to help you anyway they can ! the best thing about moving here is the amazing veiw we have of the pool ! I’m glad to have been referred to this amazing apartment complex It really does feel like home ??????

I absolutely love my apartment & the Highland Management & Maintenance Team! I moved in Sept 2017 and they made everything so smooth! They were so nice! Especially Devenier!! When you put a maintenance request in, they are here the next day! I have a testimony: A week ago, I accidentally left my keys in my mailbox and walked away without knocking the mailbox or taking my keys. Someone locked my mailbox and took my keys and placed them on the door knob of my apartment! I couldn’t believe it!! I Love this place!! Great place to live!! They make sure they keep the grounds and the property clean at all times! Again GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!

Sometimes when looking for a apartment, you get a nice apartment but lazy staff! that is NOT I repeat NOT the case here at highland. Staff are very professional and polite, anytime I have a problem or issue in my apartment maintenance shows up within 10mins of the phone call to the office. I especially like the friendly environment that you get from the staff always greeted with a smile when you walk thru the door. When it comes to the manager Evette her door is always open to come in sit down and talk directly to her about your concerns and problems. She really takes the time to listen and help in anyway that she can to make the issue better. I won't be moving anytime soon!!!!!!!

I have just moved in here. I have been here a couple of weeks and I haven't had any complaints yet. My apartment was ready-to-move-in on the date we had agreed upon, there were no problems everything was clean and freshly painted before I received the keys. There is 24 hour security here so everything is secure, I haven't seen or heard anything crazy. They have a nice gym and wash room, if you choose you may wash at the sister complex across the street. The only concern you should have is if you don't get covered parking, then you will end up looking for parking because it fills up very quick!

it's very comfortable , it's a really quiet and secure to live with my family . I also enjoy living here because it's a peaceful place to live . It also counts with a good school district and good hospitals. It is also in a very accessible location , you can get to the grocery store in just a couple of minutes and it's also literary in the middle of everything .

I have lived at the Seasons apartments, for the past three years.The Seasons apartments, is a great place to live. The landscape, is beautiful, and maintained. I feel that it is safe place to live,we have 24 hour,security. The apartments is located close to movie theaters, and restaurants., and best, of all I Love it here.
