Beautiful property but beware flooding
Beautiful property, nice amenities, great staff, but... every now and then a handful of apartments around the building flood due to pipes breaking after necessary plumbing repairs/preventive maintenance in the building. It's not the same apartments each time, but appears to occur randomly around the building, so you don't know when you're going to suffer a flood. The plumbing in the building is weak and pipes seem to break randomly. Residents who are flooded often have to move out for several weeks and deal with whatever trouble the broken pipe may have caused with their stuff.

Every aspect of the property, service, etc is first rate. Every aspect of living experience is well above our expectations. All of the staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous and always seem prepared to go the “extra mile”

As a widow living alone, I appreciate the feeling of security and camaraderie in the building. I enjoy all the amenities and the service personnel are extraordinarily efficient and friendly.
