Heatherwood Club

I moved in after Covid wasn't able to my apartment before I moved in but here it is now been almost 4 years an I'm still here. Love the area an the staff is very nice defiantly would recommend living here nice an quiet close to everything I need .

Danielle and Bryan are some of the BEST apartment staff I have ever dealt with! They are so kind and courteous, always a pleasure interacting with them! The apartments it self are well kept and are in a great area of town...also compared to other apartments in the city these really are the best bang for you buck! I HIGHLY recommend Heatherwood Club apartments to anyone!

The ladies at Heatherwood are super nice, accommodating,and helpful. Maintenance is friendly and quick to fix any problems. Spacious apartment with a fantastic view!

The building looks very nice after all the remodeling. The people in the office are very pleasant and willing to help.

Lived here for four years. Definitely a good location. Close to shopping, entertainment, etc. Maintenance takes care of issues quick. There's no dogs allowed, but a lot of people have them. That's really annoying. The only way you'll get parking is if you pay extra for a carport, but people still park in your spot. Front office does nothing about it, so gear up for that. There's also a bunch of "reserved" spots. I asked the front office about them and they said it's for legal reasons, but won't tell you how to actually acquire one. This place is in Colorado so rent goes up every year, but this is common place throughout the state. All-in-all it's a decent place to live as long as you don't mind parking several city block from your front door.

We moved out of Heatherwood at the end of May after being there for 2 years. Had we not bought a home, we would have stayed much, much longer. The staff is incredible and quick to respond, our apartment had the perfect amount of space and great views from both the front door and patio, other than a couple of ants two summers ago, we NEVER had bugs or pests, our neighbors were friendly and quiet, service requests were completed within 24 hours and Brian was always thorough in getting everything completed correctly, and it truly felt like home. We just received our security deposit back and they were incredibly fair with that, as well. We will also be grateful for the home we had at Heatherwood! Katy & Vinnie

I LOVE MY NEW APARTMENT. Danielle, in the leasing office is AMAZING. She went out of her way to help me get my lease signed. She is always friendly, professional and quick to respond. My apartment was just like she promised. It look perfect when I moved in. I usually hate apartment living because of the noise, parking etc. That's not the case at The Heatherwood Club. I have still yet to hear any noise in my apartment and there is so much parking. It definitely feels like a home not an apartment. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great place to live.

This apartment complex is very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and they quickly respond to maintenance needs. The staff is polite and they work with their applicants and are very friendly. My apartment was very clean on move in. For the most part the neighborhood is very quiet. I am very happy with my apartment and with the complex in general. Its a good place to call home.

These apartments are simple on the outside but very spacious on the inside. Very quite neighborhood and respectful tenants. When I walk into my apartment I feel as if I am walking into my own house. The front staff is very understanding and accommodating.

I visited Heatherwood Club Apartments a few weeks ago. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the apartment that I viewed. There is a window above the kitchen sink that gives the apartment a feeling of being in a house instead of an apartment. There are windows on three sides of the apartment instead of on one side like the apartment where I currently resides. When I visited Heatherwood Club, there was a nice breeze blowing through the apartment which I hope lowers cooling cost. The apartment has central air, which is a big plus for me because many of the apartments that I have viewed has a window air conditioning unit. What I like the most about the apartment complex is that the federal law on drugs is enforced. My current apartment complex allows residents to use drugs which is why I am moving. I signed a lease after viewing the apartment. I do not know about the maintenance service, the quality of amenities or the noise level, because I have not moved into my apartment. I am sure everything will be great because I like what I have seen in the apartment complex so far.

I have lived here for two and a half years along with my husband. We have really enjoyed living here these past few years and have honestly not had any major problems. The quality of our apartment is very nice and all the appliances in our place are fairly new. The only thing we noticed that we did not like when we first moved in was that you could tell there were people who lived here before us who smoked and you could smell that in the carpet and walls.(over time it has almost gone away though) There are also quite a few stains on the carpet. Although, they do have options for apartments with new carpet for a little more money per month (i think) but we didn't care that much about that, So I guess you just get what you pay for. The noise isn't bad, we live in the bottom apartment and I have never had noise issues with the people next to us, but when it is very quite you can kinda of hear the people above you. But nothing horrible. If it is just talking you can't hear, but a baby crying or yelling you can hear. The staff and maintenance are great, they are always making sure everything is okay in your place and are very kind. And whenever we have needed the maintenance to come and fix something they are always here within a few days, which is great. The only thing we really think is a huge downfall to living here is the parking. It is very limited depending on which apartment you live in. If you get home at a late hour your chance to getting a spot near your apartment is slim to none.

We moved in last month and have been more than happy with our choice to live here. The staff and maintenance man are wonderful. We placed several work orders within the first few weeks of residing here and they responded within the hour to every one of them. Danielle, in the office, communicated with us quickly and regularly to let us know how they were handling the order. Brian, the maintenance man, was generally here the same day to handle what was needed. They are both so friendly, kind, and helpful. As for the apartment, the value is well worth the monthly rent. It was very clean when we moved in. The floor plan and placement of windows provides a lot of natural light. We hear our neighbors occasionally but that is expected in apartment living. Overall, the noise level is pretty good. Thank you management and staff for making this a pleasant place to live.

I moved into an apartment at “Heatherwood Club Apartments” in October 2013. The staff here is truly unsurpassable! From the moment I first entered the property to inquire about an opening, Jenny and Danny were both cordial and welcoming. Once I moved in and in need of some minor adjustments, Brian was here with his tools to tweak anything and everything I wanted. In all honesty, I would have to say they have bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. MAJOR STARS GO OUT TO THIS STAFF!!

Sixteen years ago, I moved into my apartment at the Heatherwood Club Apartments and I am pleased to say that it has been a wonderful place to call my home. I love the location as it is close to my favorite places to shop and it is near to several major routes in the city. The staff here is very friendly and courteous and are always eager to help in any way they can ~ no matter how large or small the problem they have always been very prompt with a solution. My home has all the creature comforts I could ask for, the clubhouse and pool, a fireplace, dishwasher, drier and washer hookups, wall to wall carpeting, airconditioning, affordable rent and plenty of room. Oh, and a view of Pike's Peak that can't be beat. Needless to say, I love my home here at Heatherwood Club Apartments and hope to spend another sixteen years here.

I have lived at Heatherwood for over 13 years. I have no desire to live anywhere else. My apartment is beautiful. Our property is immaculate and well kept, We never have to wait for maintenance in our apartments. Our staff is awesome!!! Caring and always working with us when we have a problem. They manage the property expertly, Our maintenance man is awesome. He not only takes care of the property but us, the elderly and handicapped, when I fell and broke my shulder he checked on me daily when there was no one with me. He helps us with our groceries. Our complex is very quiet, and safe. In other words it is a great place to live.

THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS AWFUL! I LIVED THERE FOR TWO YEARS, AND NOT ONE WORK ORDER I PUT IN WAS COMPLETED. THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NO DOGS AND THERE WAS TWO RIGHT NEXT TO WHERE THE MAINTENANCE MAN LIVED SO I KNOW HE KNEW BECAUSE THEY BARKED ALL DAY AND NIGHT. THEY CHOSE TO DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE, AND CARPORTS ARE NOT INCLUDED, ALL OTHER APARTMENTS HAVE THE DECENCY TO GIVE YOU ONE INCLUDED IN YOUR RENT. NOT HEATHERWOOD! THE STAFF IS NICE BUT NOT CARING OR HELPFUL. THE BIGGEST ISSUE I HAD IS WHEN I MOVED OUT. THEY CHARGED FOR SOME KIND OF DAMAGES I CANT EVEN TELL YOU WHAT BECAUSE THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME. THEY SIMPLY SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS WITHOUT EVEN CALLING ME TO LET ME KNOW THERE WAS AN ISSUE. THAT ALONE SHOULD SHOW HOW HORRIBLE THIS STAFF IS. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF STRESS TIME AND MONEY!!! DO NOT RENT AT HEATHERWOOD CLUB APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!

We have lived here for three years and love it! The office staff is great and the maintenance man is the best. It's a quiet community perfect for singles, married couples with or without a small family. We are an older couple and find the surroundings pleasant and very well kept.
