Not worth it. Go elsewhere
No parking. Wouldn't recommend coming with a vehicle. No fitness center. No air conditioning as the page alleges. Just a weak ceiling fan. There are two space heaters attached to the wall, but also those are weak and don't do much and can't even heat up the small space. You can find a stronger portable space heater on Amazon for around $30--speaking from experience. There are homeless people loitering on the block. Definitely would not return, even if my rent was slashed in half. The living conditions are not good or safe here. I don't have anything positive to say about my living experience here. I guess the only nice thing is having an in unit washer & dryer and a newly built/designed place.
