I’ve only been here a couple days but I already love it so much! My dog sometimes has to go out late or super early and I feel extremely safe walking her at weird hours. Safe, clean, quiet, wonderful place!!

Beautiful property with gorgeous and well-maintained green space and amenities. Apartment homes have ample storage space, nice appliances, beautiful flooring/countertops, quaint and cozy arched doorways, and very quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Management team is excellent.

We moved here from the east coast while we look for a home to buy in the area. We love the area and the apartment is nice. I do wish we had a bit of a fenced-off area for our pups though, but there is a dog park. It is not super close however, especially during those winter months. The community is quiet and dog friendly, although some of the neighboring apartments like to walk their dogs on our side of the street and not pick up after their dogs. All in all, it is a nice place to live and I am glad we decided on living here.

Alvista Harmony apartments are the way to go. Beautiful interiors and exteriors. The green areas are maintained beautifully. The pool and grill area is clean, beautiful and fun to be at. Staff is friendly and go above and beyond. Extra fun activities such as coffee trucks, kona ice truck and resident get togethers and appreciation parties are so nice. So glad this is where I chose to live.

Maintenance is wonderful. But not enough care is given to the exteriors e.g. parking lot, concrete work, landscaping. This is not the responsibility of the maintenance team but of the awareness of the management.

I needed a minor repair in my apartment and as always, I was greeted by the friendly, helpful office staff (thank you, Wendy!!). Then the maintenance team completed the repairs the same day! I have lived at Alvista Harmony for almost 3 years. A beautiful community, safe, well-maintained, and a great location in SE Fort Collins. The leasing and maintenance team are the best! I have only had minor maintenance requests, but each time the issues were resolved quickly and easily. The clubhouse, 24-hour gym, and pool are fantastic! Super clean. I would definitely recommend Alvista Harmony to anyone looking to rent!

Beautiful and quiet Fort Collins apartments. I have been a resident here for a little over a year and love it! I would like to continue living here for as long as possible! The apartments are nice and well maintained. Staff is friendly and attentive. Maintainence is always on point and completed quickly with no mess left behind!

Wonderful apartment community. Beautiful apartment, very nice pool and hot tub area including barbecue area. Maintenance is very punctual and effective. I have nothing but nice things to say about this community.

I've lived here for about 3 years now. The office staff is friendly and helpful, the maintenance team is the best of the best! Any minor issues I've had in my apartment have been resolved quickly and in one visit. The property itself is safe and clean, and there is plenty of parking! The gym and the pool are clean and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this community!

I have lived at Alvista Harmony for over 2 years now. Without a doubt the best community in Fort Collins! The office and maintenance staff are amazing, I've never had any major issues in my apartment but even minor repairs are addressed promptly by the friendliest and best office and maintenance staff ever! The grounds are beautiful, the pool and hot tub are amazing, the gym and Community Center always spotless. It's a quiet neighborhood -- and there's plenty of parking!!! Close to shopping and the highway, anything you could possibly need is just a short drive away. If you're looking to rent, definitely check it out!!

Alvista Harmony is one of the hidden gems of Fort Collins! The management actually still care about you and your needs, unlike other communities weve lived at, and the location is safe and quiet at night. Would highly recommend it to anyone that isnt looking for the huge party community and just wants a nice quiet place to be.
