Harlow Spring Cypress

I am well pleased with my experiences while residing at Harlow Spring Cypress Apt Complex. I have resided at this complex since Hurricane Harvey flooded me out several years ago near the Barker Cypress reservoir off I-10.

I loved my overall experience with Harlow Spring Cypress. The ladies in the front office were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

I’ve found Harlow Spring Cypress to be an all around beautiful environment. Family and pet friendly, and other than a couple of fairly run of the mill maintenance issues, which were rectified in fewer than twenty four hours, I have no complaints. Singles, couples, married with children—I would recommend this community to any and everyone.

My experience with living at Harlow Spring Cypress has been wonderful. It’s a quiet community with friendly residents. I enjoy taking my dogs for walks around the complex.

We have been very satisfied with the overall experience especially with the Staff Larry, Katie, and the manager who seems so busy running here and there taking care of business. the staff over all seem to have it pretty much under control property is well maintain and is very presentable to perspective applicants and visitors.

I've been living within this community for over 2 years and management have been very courteous and very helpful to ensure your stay here is very fulfilling. So far I have not had any fear of exiting my vehicle going or coming back home. Some of the floor plans have garages attached that will lead you straight into your apartment, which feels like you are living in a single family home.

The apartment units are beautiful and well taken care of. The complex is relatively safe and quiet. It is family friendly with children of all ages, but there is limited outdoor play space. The property is pet friendly and smoke free. Truly a hidden gem.

The only thing that brings me some joy in my current living situation is the fact that I have a roof over my head. The property falsely advertised an elevator, the apartment shown to me had tile flooring, and on moving day I was informed that my 3rd floor unit actually had carpeting that was not disclosed earlier. The entire process of securing the apartment was frustrating, and the management consistently shifted blame for their miscommunication. The apartment complex itself is consistently dirty with overflowing trash, dirty stairwells, and unresponsive management. I have no intention of renewing my lease once it expires.

The maintenance team is awesome! Very knowledgeable, quick to respond and very courteous. I appreciate them.

About my experience here at Harlow. It has been home for me and my puppy. I can say that it's quiet and clean. And the people living here are friendly and very respectful.

Late fees when I have autopay, never credited me back. Emergency maintenance asks me if AC repair can wait till the next day when it is 80 degrees outside. Shady cars and tire thefts. Gate always broken of course. Pool area which never has gas for grill, pool being fixed from June-August. Trash service ripping bags as an excuse to not pick up even though I have door camera Useless agents that always have to escalate to the manager who is never available.

Harlow Spring Cypress is a beautiful and clean property. The maintenance and office staff are professional, courteous and polite. I gladly renewed my lease!

I really enjoy my stay here at the Harlow. My neighbors are quiet no one roaming around the streets or the hallways or loud noise next to me. The administration personal is very helpful and knowledge about any issues. It's clean and they fix whatever comes their way.

Follow up on concerns is extremely poor. Office staff provides various excuses as to why things have not been followed up and and even after giving excuses no follow up is provided afterwards. Management is rude in communication. Passive aggressive statements made towards children utilizing the amenities. Changes made on property without residents input with expectations to pay despite lease agreement for example Amazon locker. Property has gone down altogether with change of company.

Harlow is a clean, quiet and kind community. Management is amazing and the residents are respectful.

Harlow spring cypress is a decent place to live. I feel safe. The community is friendly. The staff are helpful and efficient.

Harlow Spring Cypress Apts are a great place to live. They have amazing Managers,leasing team and a Super maintenance team.They offer Quality,( not Drab Drama).There are great Schools, Stores, pharmacies, Police Department and Several Fire Departments near. You can easily access the main freeway and grandparkwy.Overall the c ommunity has been pretty safe in the years we've leaved here. I would highly recommend anyone looking for Quality living to consider making this your home.

5years here and it's been quiet, clean, and management & Maintenance is thorough! this has been a great place to live!

My experience living at Harlow Spring Cypress has been really good ,after more than 6 years!. Besides all amenities and facilities, the maintenance service is excellent! I recently had 2 issues at my kitchen and both were solved in less than 24 hours! Thank you for it.

The Cortland Spring Cypress is a wonderful place to make your home. The community is very quiet at night and most days. The staff are very professional and great people. I love it here.

Living in Cortland Spring Cypress for almost 6 years has been a great experience in general: the location, the people that kindly and efficiently work for us (from Admin to Service Team, Garden Keepers and Cleaning Staff), and also the facilities: swimming pool, gym, car-wash, etc. Thank you a lot!!

Great unit at an excellent price. Amenities (pool, gym, car wash station) are everything that I was looking for.

The Cortland Spring Cypress is a great community to live. No issues with parking and the apartments are very spacious. Anyone would love it here.

I’ll be as brief as possible—I’ve been a resident at Cortland Spring Cypress for just shy of one year and my experience here borders on perfection. Truly, it has and that’s solely due to how amazingly well I’ve been taken care of—and the care is genuine, not pacification or false appeasement. I assure you that you won’t be staring at an amazingly warm and heartfelt smile one moment, feel yourself blackout, then wake up in an ice bath with a kidney missing (kidding of course). But no, the warmth and attention is there because this is a group of people with the best of intentions and who are truly on your side. I described them as family members that root for your success and well-being every step of the way. So, if the saltwater pool, complete with multiple gas grills, dining and lounge areas and free Wi-Fi doesn’t do it for you, if the in-apartment laundry rooms complete with washer and dryer, the 24/7 gym, 24/7 computer and and gaming lounge also with free Wi-Fi, the car detailing center, the concierge trash hauling service—if none of these and the many more amenities don’t move you, then I implore you to please visit the leasing office, meet and interact with the staff and I believe you will become a believer. The people who work here, they will take care of you as if you are one of their own. They will make your transition here a seamless and painless one. More than likely you will interact with either Stephanie or Jailene and once you do, I believe you will be happy you made the effort. The staff here makes it all worth it.

The upkeep of this property is poor, garbage issue, pest issue, community presentation smh

The Cortland Spring Cypress community has been a great fit for my lifestyle - it’s clean, quiet, ample parking, and great amenities.

Speaking from experience, to any and all considering taking up residence at Cortland Spring Cypress, I can say with the utmost confidence and honesty that you will not be disappointed wit the attention, effort and competence of the team here. My personal experience’s with Jailene and Stephanie have been breathtakingly fulfilling and pleasant. The peace of mind they provide is priceless—there will never be a moment where you feel they don’t have your back or your best interest at heart. With any issue, minute or mountainous, these ladies will have you covered and will not let you down.

We love the family friendly atmosphere at Cortland. We are grandparents who love watching, and interacting with the children playing outside. For such an urban location, Cortland does a good job providing green spaces for safe outdoor fun.

The Cortland Spring Cypress has been one of the best apartments complex have ever lived in, which includes the staff. I would recommend the apartments to anyone.

Excellent accessibility to main roads. Safe area. Great green surroundings (trees, little animals around the buildings). Super maintenance service!! Beautiful ammenities: pool, gym, bbq stoves, car-wash space . Zumba classes, donation projects and theme parties. What else can we ask for? Living 5 years at Cortland Spring Cypress I consider myself and my family at home.

Living at Cortland has been the best decision, the staff in the offices are friendly and truly care about your needs, the community is beautiful and the amenities are absolutely the best.

Cortland Spring Cypress is an attractive community, with excellent management, highly professional and responsive to all needs of all residents.

Love living at Cortland Spring Cypress. Landscaping has gotten so much better and grounds appearance looks good. Now to address landscaping turning off sprinklersthey need to be turned back on especially in the summer heat.

Over all I like this community . Super nice staff , quiet community and nice features . The apartment home itself is sleek and the finishes are sleek .

Great apartments ! Im a second time renter and this community is great for families

The management team is always receptive needs I may have. I have little contact with the office personnel but that is no fault of those personnel. I am comfortable with knowing if I have a need it will b e taken care of. My primary contact is with the maintenance staff. Any needs I have in their area of expertise is taken care of in a courteous and professional manner.

A lot of money for not that great of an experience. Walls are very thin & you can hear everything around you. Also you can only have WiFi through at&t, who gave us a hard time because apparently the people who previously stayed in the unit still had their WiFi on so their was hassle from the beginning.

Our family has been living here for a few years now, this is a great place to live if you choose to. Great team and great maintenance team!

Hands down favorite complex I have EVER lived in. The staff value residents, and are attentive to needs as they arise, and value for money is spot on! Service requests are handled promptly. Its is quiet most of the time, and residents are respectful.

I not only love my apartment but the complex as a whole. After only living in the complex a month weve already utilized the gym and pool. Both areas are kept up with. Plus there arent any hassles with parking either. Lastly I LOVE that they keep up with the gates and they are closed and work properly.

Living at Sovereign is honestly great, its plain and simple, the people here are friendly, the community is clean and the place is nice! I especially love how the team communicates well with their residents. Ive lived here for about 2 years now, and theyve only improved in my opinion! Theyve got great people
