Arrive Loring Park

I love living at Arrive. The apartment is amazing and the staff is always great. I look forward to coming home everyday and being so close to so many fun things.

I love living here. It is in the perfect location and close to all necessities. I love that there is amenities that I will actually utilize and the living spaces are amazing and at a great price.

Good amenities and the property managers are very accessible and friendly. Haven't had too many issues with noise, although sometimes you can hear people from upstairs if they step really loud. Also very limited parking availability. Overall great building for the price you pay.

Good friendly staff and I like the party room and the gym and people who work here are so friendly and helpful and also nice community good amazing

Everything is very clean, very quiet. The team in the leasing office are beyond amazing. I feel incredibly safe living here. All the neighbors I’ve met so far are sooo nice. I’m glad that I arrived here

Good area of town, limited parking in garage and part of town, clean, rooftop, gym, close to downtown Minneapolis . Would recommend living here.

Everything was so professional - from the tour to the application process to moving in. Grace, the leasing agent, is knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond. We love our new apartment.

Arrive Loring Park is SO amazing. People are so friendly. My best friend and I are both so happy to be here. It's so quiet and very sound insulated. We are excited to use the gym once we recover from the move!

Amazing. I love living here. The location, people, and space are top tier. I love that I can always get help when needed and everyone in the leasing office is amazing. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here.

I moved out in August 2023, and submitted my final payment via a money order at the request of the office manager. Despite being given confirmation from two different staff members that I was good to go, I received a call in December that Arrive had sent my final payment to collections. Despite speaking with the current office manager and providing proof of payment, I am now entering my third month of dispute with debt collectors over less than $200 that was already paid. Please save yourself the headache and do not live here.

Good and friendly apartment. Good place to live nearby downtown. Management are very good staff. Maintenance work are done very quickly. They also have user friendly app to access everything.

I love it in one word and so safety for living because it as our access for doors to open and also for lift. And the people who work here are so friendly.

I love my new apartment! It was easy & stress free. I love the fact that the building is so secure! Apartment manager Grace is really sweet & easygoing. By far the best experience since relocating to Minnesota.

I have never had a smoother lease & move in process. Everyone was so kind, eager to answer my questions, and really made me feel like apart of a community and not just another resident.

I enjoy staying at Arrive Apartments. The property is clean and there's usable amenities. The upstairs rooftop is amazing, you can see the fireworks in the summer, plus most of all of downtown popular places. The engineering is very good here. When I had an issue, Arrive Apts got right to it. Sometimes their portal is down and have technical difficulties but you can always go down to the office and specify any issue/s

not impressed. over priced for the area and the lack of amenities. office and maintenance is not very helpful. internet is terrible. no hot water in the shower. Better off renting elsewhere.

This place is ok, but not great. They take advantage of their location and charge WAY to much for parking. For almost $200 a month they give you this weird lamenated thing you have to waive around and hope a sensor catches it to open the door. Any other parking I have had just gave you a button you could push, this thing doesn't even work sometimes. If you don't live on the top floor you have to listen to every move your upstairs neighbor makes. They told me during my showing they offered free espresso/coffee in the common room, that doesn't work though so that was a lie. The apartments themselves are nice and look modern so that is a plus. They are on the small side though for the price. Living close to Loring Park is nice though.

My living experience on arrive Loring park I like my balcony in my apartment I feel comfortable and peace . And I love the gym area and patio .

Great place to stay ! Nice neighborhood there's lists of places to go to around the area (food , workout places, spa date with the girls or boys , lol ) Affordable and very nice

I’ve lived at the Arrive for 11 months and it’s been a great experience. As an out of state transplant from the south, my journey has been amazing! The complex, neighbors, staff and of course the amenities exceed my expectations!!!

Great place to rent! Really clean and the amenities speak for themselves! The staff is very helpful and usually no issues with anything! Definitely recommend!

My resident experience has been good. The lease agent are very helpful and nice . They throw meet and greet to help the tenants get to know their new neighbors

Great location, clean and well kept apartment and great rooftop with nice views also good management. We’ve live here the last eight months and happy to be here.

Amazing apartment with great modern lighting and clean amenities. The apartment has good storage space for pantry and for cleaning supplies. In-unit washer dryer are a blessing to have in the city. Cooperative and kind staff who works efficiently.

Recently moved here from out of state and I really like it so far! Only downside is if you don’t pay for a garage space parking can be VERY limited The property managers are very nice and the apartments are modern :) P. S. The building is right down the street from a fire station so if sirens keep you up I’d try somewhere else!

Everything has been great so far but I do think they could work on getting maintenance done at a proper time . The workers and residents are friendly and I haven’t had any issues

Living here is so amazing neighborhood could be better but love the park and and the restaurants and residents here at Loring Park.the land lords are amazing super helpful and nice

Mostly happy with everything except a loud beeping that is constant every time I open my sliding door to balcony. It's so annoying I can't even have it open and I choose this one specifically for a balcony. So far everyone in the building seems nice. The building manager is extremely nice and helpful.

Resident [will be] for almost 3 years. The pros: property itself is nice and modern, decent amenities, conveniently located in Downtown Mpls, and our ON-SITE Management has always been amazing... The cons: Regional and Corporate Management is unprofessional, disrespectful and have never taken security and safety of the residents seriously (but that's am ugly side "Corporate America," so here we are). If it hasn't been for the ON-SITE Management all along, we'd be in trouble. I am renewing my lease again, because it is home and the pros outweigh the cons by far. If you move in, just make sure your voice is heard when necessary - be persistent... unless it's between the hours of 10pm and 7am. Then please be quiet and contact the after-hours or emergency services haha.

Just moved here just like a week ago and it already feels like home ! Love the neighborhood and everything else ?? The residents are nice and also the lease agent is GREAT ! Love her
