Great location, accessible by metro, and so close to the Mosaic Shopping District. Management is super helpful as well. Only issue I have is the walls are decently thin.

I’ve been living at Halstead for about a year and have really enjoyed it! Staff are friendly and the leasing office is responsive. Maintenance usually comes within a day. I also appreciate all of the resident events! There’s also lots of shops around the area. Mosaic district and the metro stop are within walking distance so there’s plenty to do.

Our move-in process and smooth and Johann and the rest of his team made us feel welcome here since our initial apartment tour! The community has some great perks like regular events, friendly staff, and easy access to great restaurants and shops, making it a convenient place to live. We have been living here since 1.5 years now. However, the building structure is poorly designed with extremely thin floors and ceilings, making noise a constant issue. We’ve had ongoing problems with a downstairs neighbor reacting aggressively to everyday noises like walking, which has made our living experience frustrating. The lack of soundproofing seriously impacts the quality of life here, and the management has done next to nothing to resolve the issue. Great location and community vibe, but the noise issues are hard to overlook.

Maintenance team here in Halstead is extremely impressive! Staff as well in the leasing office and concierge are superb! Halstead is a safe space.

The apartment was not ready upon the agreed move in date and I asked to get a credit when they called me multiple times apologizing for not being ready, I was told then they will look into it, I waited for the credit but no response or communication was received. Giving the good experience I had , I trusted they will honor it as it is a common sense. However, when I inquired it was quickly denied stating I moved in anyway. They know well I did not move until at least about 10 days later and irrespective of the fact if I moved in or not while part of the apartment was not ready as I agreed I still should get the credit either way. I have had a great experience so far with the management and the staff ( great staff by the way) with the exception of this matter and also that my car got ransacked in the garage. It is the last place I thought I would worry about my car getting broken in but I guess it happens. I hope they put more cameras in the garage to deter thieves.

The entire process from beginning to move in has been very smooth and easy. The amenities are great. The apartment was in very good condition. We love the technology that is used for all the services.

Great amenities and service! Halstead sits close by the metro and has a great area to walk the dog. The staff are friendly and address any maintenance issues with efficiency.

So far, so good. Applying online was simple, and I like the space a lot more than I thought I would from the floorplan. The layout is really well designed and functional. Yes, you can hear people out in the hallway, but that's typical of apartment living. I haven't had any noise issues. The staff have been super friendly and helpful, and I think I will enjoy living here.

I love living at Halstead. It is the nicest apartment that I have ever lived in. The price was so right. The amenities are perfect for our family and we utilize all of them. The only thing missing is a balcony! The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Our favorite two people here are Jovan and Yesi!! The best features are the full sized laundry machines, built in bluetooth speakers, the guest suite and the dog wash. Highly suggest living here.

We have a lot of events, the communication with the office is easy and they care about the requests. We have regular emails informing about remodels, policies, etcetera so they keep you in the loop. I really like the app where you can place a maintenance request and they will fix/resolve the issue in no time. Bozzuto is a great resource. I wish we could have a bigger pool!!

Maintenance and concierge staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. The area is very walkable and pet friendly which is nice. Can get noisy at times but that depends on your neighbors because the walls are thin.

Amenities are wonderful. Movie theater, with movie nights! Great ambience and many events. Transition into the apartment was seamless. A lot to do.

Seriously there are only good memories created here. Amazing free resident events great staff and comfortable amenities. The location is just perfect because it is close to the meteo stop and being close to mosaic is a great bonus.. we loved our time here and will always say good things about the place. However i wish they lowered their prices a lil bit so people can continue their lease over and over

Moved in and it has been ok. A few problems that got handled. Amenities are nice. Elevators are probably my least favorite. Location is good.

Very nice and cozy apartment. Amenities are nice and well maintained. But it will be even nicer if the conference room can be 24 hrs for the night owls.

This complex is one of the best in the area for its value. The common areas are kept clean and modern, there are a lot of community events, and the location is great.
