Hall Street Flats

Moving into Hall Street Flats was a smooth and easy process! The leasing team was super helpful and made sure everything was ready before I arrived. My apartment was clean, in great condition, and matched exactly what I expected. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels very welcoming. I’m really happy with my decision to move here!

I think in general the building is great, although I think sometimes the halls are clean, and lot of people are smoking weed. The building is very calm and feels safe. But it is important to note that there are some drug dealers in the corner of our building which makes it dangerous.

I love living at Hall Street Flats! The maintenance team is so helpful and great - if you have any problem big or small they are there to fix it!

So far so good. Beautiful unit and everything is nice and secure. I think security has done a fantastic job lately and we have been very pleased so far with our experience.

Moving in has been amazing. Everyone is so helpful. The place is gorgeous, and this is the first apartment that literally smell good everywhere you walk. I’ve been in so many luxury apartments that smell funny or flat out stink. From the hallways to elevators to even the fitness center it feels clean and smells fresh and I love that.

The process has been seamless. I love working with Chris he is amazing. He gave me a great tour and made me feel welcome. I am happy to be a part of the Hall Street community

I love it. I feel very safe here. Love the neighborhood. Every one I’ve met so far is nice. The staff here is very friendly and super knowledgeable.

I haven't moved in yet, but Chris was great on the day that I toured. He answered any questions that I had and he has been amazing as well since signing the lease.

Lovely complex, great staff (both leasing office and maintenance). Whenever I put in a maintenance order, they get to it immediately. I love having that reliability. I’ve met some neighbors, they’re nice and polite in the hallways. Clean hallways most of the time, and if it’s not, it’ll get cleaned soon after I notice it.

I have loved my time here at hall street flats! Sadly, my time is coming to a close, but not because of anything they did I am just wanting to move to a larger living space.

We love our new home and the office agent Christopher was very helpful and very professional and so was the rest of the staff the apartments are well maintained and it’s a very quiet and pleasant place to live

Very friendly, always willing to help and answer questions. Spaces are perfect and very convenient, it has all the amenities that I was looking for.

Apartments are modern and look very nice and they have a very cool sky deck. The gym is really nice and a good size with good machines. Pretty much all you need for an apartment. Very close to DT Dallas.

I have absolutely loved my resident experience at my apartment complex, especially the apartment itself. The spacious layout and modern design make it feel like home the moment I walk in. I appreciate the thoughtful details, like the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and the updated kitchen that makes cooking enjoyable. The peaceful environment allows me to relax after a long day, while the comfortable amenities provide everything I need at my fingertips. Living here has exceeded my expectations, and I truly love coming home to my cozy apartment every day.

There's a few things that could be improved around the complex like security and accessibility, also cleanliness, tenants allow their pets to relieve themselves in the halls and don't clean it up. Office staff is friendly and helpful and will usually get someone to clean up after it's reported.

Security of the building and the increase of crime in the surrounding area continue to be a concern. There quality of living has declined as the cost has increased.

The location is perfect and Chris in the leasing office is so helpful and personable. The amenities are great and I feel very secure with the parking garage and key fob for all the doors

I absolutely love my apartment! The spacious layout is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities are fantastic, especially the fitness center and the pool. The pool area is a perfect spot to relax, and I appreciate the well-maintained grounds and friendly community vibe. It truly feels like a perfect oasis, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice!

The leasing office has been nothing short of professional, helpful and very kind! I moved in yesterday and so far, everything has been smooth.

I love Hsll street flats. They keep the building clean. Managment is nice and courteous and always helpful. They have made so many improvements to ensure our building is secured and safe.

The staff and maintenance team stays on top of things! Nice and quiet community, centrally located making commuting around the DFW convenient!

everyone’s pretty nice, more of a sense commute of a community than my last apartment complex I just wish there was a way that guess could be let in without having to come downstairs only downside so far

I really do love living here at Hall Street Flats. I have said this before, but nothing has really changed is our gate to the garage is consistently broken and that is the reason for one star missing.

As a new resident, so far so good. All the neighbors have been friendly as I was moving in. I haven't had a chance to explorer shared spaces yet. The leasing agent was very helpful in getting me all the information I needed. Several measures are put in place to make you feel secure. Some may see it as an inconvenience, but I appreciate it.

feels almost like a dream! i absolutely love this community. the location is perfect (starbucks down the street, target, petsmart and several restaurants less than 3 minutes away). the leasing agents are professional and always respond to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. the parking garage is safe and secure. i can sleep with a peace of mind knowing my car won’t be broken into. every hallway smells great and the premises are in pristine condition. i’m a current resident and have no complaints about hall street flats. i love it here and truly feel like i made the right decision in making this my home.

I really do love living at Hall Street Flats. My apartment is so spacious and has great amenities. There are small things here and there that annoy me, but I have to believe that is true for any apartment

Great amenities and good resident community. I would recommend this community to new residents to Dallas as it is close to the many Dallas neighborhoods.

I moved from Kentucky to Dallas and found this place online and I'm glad I wasn't wrong. I love living here, the location of this community, the apartments, the pool is very cool! Everything is great and convenient!

I just resigned my lease because I absolutely love it here! Our apartment is so large and we do not pay absurd pricing for it. My only complaint is that the garage gates are constantly having issues

So far, i love it here. The staff is great, Boston is the best. Gym facilities are always clean and so are the elevators and the rest of the amenities.

I have just moved in and it has been an amazing experience so far. The pool is lovely, the gym has all the equipments needed and the security is pretty good as well.

The service is excellent and the apartment is top of the line. Community seems very organize and sweet. The apartment amenities are great. Gym with top of the line equipment. Parcel service is great too.

It’s been great so far, I’ve really enjoyed being here. The only downside is the grills don’t work. Other than that everything has been great.

Saw a resident leave dog poop in the hallway. The build of apartments seems solid. Maintenance has been responsive and the apartment seemed decently cleaned before moving in.

I love it here and feel so safe! Moving to a new city can be a little challenging not knowing the area but I can see myself living here for a long time!

We love our apartment community, we have met a couple of our neighbors and they are all so welcoming. The amenities are very nice, love the pool and the gym, the key fob is very cool and we love the security of the complex

Maintenance team is professional and courteous. They respond very quickly to any requests submitted through the resident portal to ensure property is properly taken care of.

I love Hall street flats management is superb and I love the fact that the halls are cleaned daily. The Amenities are everything we could ask for more. It’s a very nice peaceful environment to simply enjoy life.

I'm enjoying the complex so far, and have had a great experience with maintenance and zero issues with packages. My only con is that hallway cleanup could be improved. I've seen dog waste in hallways multiple times and even stepped in it once causing me to have to throw away my shoes.

Moved in on Saturday and have made quite a few friends. Residents are very helpful and have no problem stopping what they are doing to assist. Quiet neighborhood, clean and smooth move.
