Great location, staff, parking and apartments. The application process is seamless and the service level from all levels of staff is some of the best in the area.

I’ve had such a great experience living here. The location is super convenient—close to everything I need, yet still quiet and peaceful. The views from the apartment are absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset—definitely one of my favorite features! The staff has been friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance needs. It really feels like they care about the residents here, which makes a big difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic place to call home!

Good location (especially if you have puppies), great staff, management is the same as other apartment buildings - take as what you think. Waterfront is a nice view.

I have been living in this apartment building for over 4 years, and I absolutely love it here! The location is unbeatable — right next to the Hudson River, offering beautiful views of Manhattan and easy access to the city but bus in only 20 minutes. The amenities are fantastic as well. There’s everything you could need, from a well-maintained gym to a welcoming common area, pool and grills, making it a great place to unwind and socialize. The building itself is modern, clean, and very well-managed, which makes living here a true pleasure. I also can’t get enough of my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. It’s incredibly spacious, offering more than enough room for relaxation, and hosting friends. The layout is perfect, and I love how much natural light pours in through the large windows. Overall, this building offers the perfect blend of location, comfort, and quality. I’ve been here for years and still feel like it's the ideal place for me. Highly recommend!

Overall, a nice experience. Very professional staff. The cleaning staff are on top of their game as well. Hallways and other pub;ic spaces are always clean. Con: I miss having more community building events when we can watch movies, sports games, art lessons, and many more and get to know each other more. Also we used to have a printer and copier machine but now it's gone. It used to be very handy sometimes for me.

Just moved in and having a great experience. From the initial tour to all logistics of moving in (many deliveries and, shopping trips, and scheduling movers) the management team at Half Moon Harbour has been extremely accommodating and patient with us. We are excited to officially live here and explore everything the community has to offer

The building consists of very inconsiderate residents who happen to have dogs. The unfortunate part is when most residents let their dogs do whatever they want - get aggressive toward others, go leash less, take up all the elevator space , etc. It’s on them not the dog. It’s becoming more of a doghouse and less of a comfortable community building.

It's a place where both pets and children are welcomed and cherished. If you value a location that combines practicality with a sense of community, Half Moon Harbour should definitely be on your list.

Front desk attendants are always friendly and attentive. In particular, Rusty, really looks out for tenants and their families always being warm and courteous. Maintenance staff, Danny and Joel are top notch in their field. Proximity to the city, both via GWB and Lincoln Tunnel, is unbeatable.

Great location, maintenance and property management is A+! Our front desk attendant Rusty is always super helpful, very friendly, and always has a smile which is comforting after a long day, I lived here for over five years, and it really is a NYC commuter's dream and the building and concierge continues to be amazing, I would highly recommend Half Moon!

Beautiful apartment with nice views and accesses to the river shore.

This truly used to be a great place, not luxury by any stretch but well maintained and peaceful place. While we weren’t happy with a 30% rent hike + all the fees close to doubling, we renewed. Now we can’t wait for the lease to end to run and are even debating whether breaking the lease early is worth it. Weed smoke is EVERYWHERE. The lobby, elevators, floor hallways, common areas. You can barely open the window as the smoke will come in. Even if you keep your place shut, it’ll seep through the door, bathroom and kitchen vents. The management sends out reminders about this being a smoke free building but does not appear to do more than that. We had to tape our bathroom and kitchen vents shut… Amenities are packed - forget about the pool most days as folks bring their friends and it’ll be full. The gym is tiny. BBQs are almost always booked even when there;’s nobody out. If you think you’ll get to relax and enjoy the outdoor deck, forget it 90% of the time there will be multiple loud groups and goes without saying weed and cigarette smoke will be everywhere. Unlike some other places, there;’s no amenity opt out so you’ll still have to pay the increased rate. We skip the dog park as there are tenants who don’t care to pick up after their dogs, dog poop can be found around the building too. Some even don’t bother leashing their pets. Cars are parked all around the building and sometimes on both sides of a road going to a garage making getting in and out somewhat of an adventure.

I have been living in this building for a few years and the location is amazing, very close to the city, with great people, a great park to walk around, the building is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and ready to help you all the time. I love to live here.

Excellent location for commuting to NYC with larger room sizes than most newer apartments.

Half Moon Harbour is a very welcoming community with amazing staff and great amenities. There is plenty of greenery which is hard to find in other buildings in the area.

my experience in the tower has been 100% satisfactory, i feel comfortable and happy. all employees are super friendly. cleaning and maintenance are very good. i feel safe and comfortable.

Great facility, maintenance team is amazing, only gripe is with management. Due to the pandemic and cost changes tenants were confused when it made their amenity costs vary. There wasn’t a lot of clarity when the elevators were down for about 2 months. Make sure apartment is spotless when leaving they will take as much of your deposit as possible. They are not afraid to throw the book at you.

So far my experience at Half Moon has been amazing. It started with the Lease agent, Kyla, whose warmth, knowledge of property and area as well as flexibility in answering questions and helping me navigate the rental process was nothing short of amazing. Add that to the experience moving in where the entire staff was super helpful and friendly and you are sure to feel home in no time!

I like the peace and tranquility of the building, as well as the amenities. The maintenance team is excellent and everything is always clean and well kept. The management is always on top of sending updates and reminders and is always courteous. I could be happier with my decision to rent at Half Moon Harbour.

I moved in at the beginning of March and I have been incredibly disappointed with the customer service, as well as the misleading nature with which the leasing agents and the manager do business. There have been significant issues with cleaning, security and noise and have not been resolved at all. I've honestly been shocked that an apartment complex attempting to brand itself as a luxury location could be so incompetent. Stay away from this building.

We have been living in Half Moon Harbor ever since we arrived in NJ about 3 years back. The experience with amazing and well managed amenities, the courteous nature of all team members and the supportive management have never made us think twice about moving. We love it here and would highly recommend this community.

Half Moon Harbour is a great place to stay. Staff is great, very welcoming and always ready to help. We had an issue with a water leak and Danny immediate came over and fixed it. So grateful and appreciative of him! Leasing staff Ed (when Ed was around) and Jennifer are great! We came over twice to see the place before signing the lease and both time Ed has no issues at all in showing us the place. Thank you everyone!!
