I’ve been here 2 years and it’s been great.. Management is great and kind. Things get fixed in a timely manner. The property is clean even if neighbors are not.

The young lady who helped me apply for the apartment (I'm bad with names) she was wonderful. Really everyone in the office is great. They are the reason I'm so happy this is my HOME.

Maintenance is very prompt to address issues and friendly with residents. Overall very nice kept and clean. My experience has been favorable

This is the smoothest transition I’ve had so far! The apartment is so cute and cozy! Cinthia also was the biggest help with the transition, she made everything easy and straightforward!

It was okay living here until car’s being vandalized and broken into. The gates are always broken so it’s never secured living here. Hopefully it gets better otherwise I will not be renewing my lease.

Awesome I am completely happy and satisfied here in this place.Very happy. I like the class. I feel very relaxed, no noise, people are not making noise. Everything is quiet.

The neighbors are quiet, yet respectful. I honestly find it very peaceful in this community. I think that it's awesome for there to be a dog park for pets and etc. I also find it convenient that the complex have both a trash can a dumpster for larger items. I find the gym to be one of my go to places. It has televisions and multiple work out stations for those seeking personal development.

Very nice neighborhood, friendly people, quiet place and I recommend it to everyone !! The office crew are great and friendly people who treat you like a friend and they always make you happy and satisfied!!

The amenities are mind blowing. Landscape is beautiful. Staff is phenomenal. Community is lively but not plagued with unnecessary noise or drama.

This is a gated community! The gate is broken sometimes but its due the tenants who fail to take care of the property they literally pay to live in. The office staff goes above and beyond to insure all of the amenities are working properly and are kept well however they can only do so much if the tenants do not do their part. My apartment is beautiful. I have a real working fireplace, garden tubs, a sunroom and a balcony! I’ve had maintenance issues and maintenance has never taken longer than 48 hours to respond or repair. My building is always being maintained by grounds keeping. They gym is nice and usually empty allowing me to get the workout I need. The pool is a nice size & is not micro managed by the office staff. We were able to utilize the facilities for the holiday without needing the office staff to be present. Overall I love where I live and I love that the staff entirely have been helpful, courteous, understanding & adaptable to my personal needs in the community.

Grove point is a tranquil community that includes plenty of useful amenities such a 24-hour gym & a beautiful resort style pool. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable! I love my apartment and am looking forward to creating memories here.

You can’t help who lives next to you but the property is great. I’ve been there going in 2 years staff is great, I feel safe and the environment is friendly.

Great experience ! I would give 5 stars if not because of parking when you come at night and the gate stays constantly open.its a nice and quiet place so far

We've been living here for a year. The complex is beautiful, staff is friendly and the common areas throughout the complex and pool are well kept. Nice place to live.

The Grove Point Apartment complex is over thirty (30) years old. I have lived here for over 5 years and I can say that my stay has been pleasant, engaging, and peaceful for me. I have made an effort to engage and form a relationship with the office leasing and maintenance team. Both professional and personable. There is much to be done to my apartment and I am sure to others to bring it up to yesterday’s glory, but I chose not to live anywhere else.

Honestly the place look nice on the outside but the inside looks raggedy. They make you wait months for washer/dryer and they know they have roach problems but instead of using the pest control prior to you moving in, they wait until you have to report it in order for them to come and fix the problem.

Office staff is super friendly. I love my apartment and the vaulted ceiling. My neighbors are quiet for the most part. I also like that I can pay my rent online and place any work orders. Overall my experience has been great!

Wow about 15 minutes ago there was suspicious activity going on in the neighborhood. I called the neighborhood patrol officer that me nor my neighbors ever seen and what would you know? We had to leave a voicemail. The only reason I was scared for my life is because for one they were starting a fire at the rear of someone’s truck dressed in all black. For two, one of our vehicles was broken into recently. Which my vehicle sat there for almost two weeks and the “patrol officer” never said anything. I have held off for a while writing a post about this complex but my advice to you is DON’T DO IT! The model that you’ll view is super nice! Ask them to see a vacant apartment. Besides the apartment complex not being safe the apartment isn’t well put together. On move-in day our movers accidentally ripped the flooring. Why? Other than it being cheap our whole apartment is warped. There’s cracks in the walls, the bath tub was filthy when we moved in. We let bleach sit in the tub with water in it and it still look the same. The gate hardly ever work. From the time we’ve moved in up until this very point it’s only worked 30% of the time. Hory was a phenomenal person she just work for a bad apartment complex unfortunately. Move-in day we were told we’ll be getting a fully renovated apartment I immediately sent Hory an email asking why weren’t put in a newly renovated apartment needless to say she said this was a renovated unit. There are several other issues with this apartment complex. If there’s another option please safe yourself some trouble and go with the other option.

I love my apartment and the neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and maintenance comes in a timely manner. Would recommend it!

A wonderful place to reside, the community cares about us as if we are on big happy family. We are treated like we are one of their own and they wouldn't have us living in a facility they are not willing to live in as well. Simply one of the best if not the best place to live ;)

I have lived Here for approximately 2 1/2 months since the apartments my particular building is quite the apartments are spacious . I have noticed a few bugs with them I apartment. The apartment employees are really slow with resolving issues they’re very reactive instead of being proactive on issues. I have called to have a few things fixed in my apartment and still haven’t heard back. It doesn’t appear to be understaffed I just don’t believe their organized. with in the apartment they have an extremely bad cat issue hopefully things will change moving forward is the place I has tons of upside it’s affordable good location

I went to look at an apartment here, and waited 30 minutes with little to no acknowledgement that I was even there. When they did finally help me, they were terse and unfriendly. I was soon after informed that Shepherds are on their agressive breed list, so I couldn't live there because I have an Aussie. Clearly, the person who wrote their breed policy doesn't know much about dogs. Shepherd is not a breed. It's a type. German Shepherd is a breed. Anatolian Shepherd is a breed. Australian Shepherd is a breed. They're all very different. According to their policy, any dog with the word "shepherd" in its name is aggressive, which is utterly absurd. All in all, Grove Point was a laughable waste of time.

Don't be fool by its look, this apartment is not safe at all "PERIOD". We recently have a break in. They busted down the front door and went into our unit and took everything. We complained to the front office and they don't even seems to care about it. Even though this apartment is a gated community, but the front gate never been closed once "EVER". Your vehicle get keyed if you drive a really nice looking one. Dogs pooped all over the hallway. Trashs put at front of the hallway and nobody care about it.

RUDE STAFF (Not All Of Them) VERY BAD MOLD, CAR BREAK INS, WEED SELLER NEED I SAY MORE? IF YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY TO BE SAFE AND LIVE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

JUST HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT IF U WANT PEACE OF MIND. There are a million things wrong with the apartment cabinets need paint ceiling leaks and off color there is mold in the apt there are so many bugs and roaches of all shape and sizes balcony needs to be painted doors needs repair and they don't close properly there is a foul smell when you walk in the apt due to the mold problem and maintenance barely fixes the problem that is if they even come at all and there is always an excuse as to why they can't fix something and you never see them again. There is no where to park at night. And the management is very poor they do not care about the resident or have any sympathy for the issues that's residents have. Do not be fool by the outside appearance. Goodluvk to the future residents because you will need it

When I first viewed the complex, I knew I had found the one after months of searching for the the right area and price. The area is convenient, complex quiet, clean, reasonable price, nice apartments and staff only con is that the parking can be limited at times but I can see myself renewing my lease here!

I've only been here a few weeks but haven't had too many issues so far. Unfortunately i'm not in a renovated model so my appliances/cabinets aren't as nice as i'm used to. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is a little sluggish but when I had an emergency maintenance call, they came quite quickly to take care of the problem. Neighborhood is nice and I haven't had any issues with my neighbors.

I was not satisfied with the apartments renovation that was done per the apartment management. Before I even moved in I did a walk through and had over 20 issues that needed to be addressed from patio glass door broken to the new living room fan light not working to cob webs all over the apartment. I also had two screen missing, patio storage door was falling apart to termites. This is just 1/8 of what I reported. The maintenance crew supposedly fixed all my complaints but the issue were still present when i returned. After complaining to Pegasus residents corporate office I was refunded all my money and released from the lease from only being signed for 1 week. When I received my release papers their reason for allowing me to be released was "Customer ended up with having a pet". The reason I left was the apartment was unlivable for 985 dollars. Before signing any lease please do a walk through so you are seeing first hand what you are investing in. Outside of that they were very responsive with refunding me and releasing from my lease.

I enjoy where I live. I feel safe and at home. I've been here for 3 years and plan to stay for a long time!!

1) I love that they are updating everything 2) only thing i don't like is gate . I feel safe when I know gate is working. 3) my car was stolen , but I do think they need a camera in front. 4) you only pay for rent and power , everything else free ( I love that , but you only get one box per room) which is cool to me 5) nice place to raise a family ,

I personally like this apartment, maintenance is o point, the come on timenget the job done right. The rent is reasonable, free water, free heat, and free cable. It's a peaceful place, I've lived here for 4 months now and had no problems thank God. Management is nice and friendly. The recently fixed all the little pot holes around the apartment, I see they on top of things. I recommend this place to anyone.
