An average place to stay. Visitor parking is basically non existent. There's no 24 package drop off area where can get packages yourself you have to go into office. Electricity goes out often with any form of sprinkle rain. Its a good starter apartment.

So far the apartment has been great always friendly staff and always great communication from maintenance when doing repairs i definitely made a great choice here

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my first month here at Green Tree place. It’s fairly quiet around here, and the neighbors seem nice with no incedents so far. Outside is nice, and the walk outside is relaxing.

Thank you for a great 5 yrs of living here . The staff are very helping . Property is safe and well kept . I can say it does take some time for things to be fixed in the apartment when putting in a request , but it does get done . Again , thanks for a great experience .

Green tree place is very quiet ?? and a very friendly and family oriented place to live. They are renovated new appliances floors are beautiful! There are cheaper places to live, but not for this price and the quality of living!

Estaba muy contenta viviendo aquí, pero últimamente se han puesto muy quisquillosos y molestos por cualquier cosa, nos quitaron parqueos y nos dejaron solo uno, yo pienso que mientras no tienen alguien ocupando un apartamento, deberian dejar que cualquier inquilino se parquee y avisar cuando ya se tenga nuevo vecino asignado al parqueo, por lo menos mostraria un poco de empatia por los dueños de vehiculos que dejamos los carros afuera y nos ponen tikets mas de una vez, puesto que ni siquiera tienen disponible un techado para pagar y mantener a salvo los carros, es mi humilde opinión y pienso que están perdiendo buenos clientes debido a esos problemas. Espero que la administradora no se lo tome personal y quiera hostigarme por hacer ese comentario.

Con respecto al estacionamiento, entendemos que puede ser frustrante tener solo un espacio asignado, especialmente cuando hay espac ios que parecen estar vacíos. Sin embargo, no podemos permitir que esos espacios sean utilizados temporalmente por otros residentes, ya que podrían estar asignados a un nuevo inquilino que rento el apartamento en cualquier momento. Si alguien no se entera del cambio y estaciona allí, podría terminar siendo remolcado, lo cual queremos evitar por completo. Además, muchos de esos espacios vacíos son necesarios para los proveedores y técnicos que realizan reparaciones o mantenimiento en las unidades desocupadas. Si no tienen acceso a esos lugares, se dificultan los trabajos y se atrasan servicios importantes que benefician a toda la comunidad. Apreciamos mucho su comprensión, y si desea hablar más sobre el tema, estamos completamente disponibles en la oficina. A lot of things can be better . Maintenance actually doing the job and then sending the conformation email out saying it is done . A clean pool . Staff can be nicer as well but I understand everyone has their days that they aren’t full of energy .

The amenities aren’t that great, nice pool but the gym is about the size of a walk in closet. Parking is great ,there’s one reserved space for each unit- good thing I’m single Lol. Had an ant problem and maintenance doesn’t do anything pest related- pest control only comes on Tuesdays which is good they come every week but they didn’t solve the problem and I needed it fixed right away because it was getting worse. I had to go to Home Depot and purchase bags of ant poison myself. But other than that they’re ok.

There will be a follow-up exterior treatment next week after the forecasted rains move out because rains can cause a resurgence of ants as it has done here recently. Please note that pest control treatments purchased from grocery stores are not to be used because they can negatively interact with treatments already being used by our vendors, and we want residents and pets to be safe. I love living here. It’s very peaceful and quiet. Staff are amazing. Maintenance is quick. Packages are safely delivered and signed in at the office. The ButterflyMx app to get into the gate is also very convenient.

Me siento en casa. Es cierto que hay mucha exigencia, pero para mí es perfecto para mantener una comunidad organizada y disciplinada. He recibido siempre el mejor trato por parte de sus trabajadores. Me han ayudado desde el día 0. El gran problema es el de los parqueaderos que se asigna uno solo por apartamento, pero para mí quedó solucionado porque ya me dieron uno bajo techo que aunque se paga , es una comodidad. Mi departamento es muy cómodo y sus dos cuartos son muy independientes porque cada uno tiene su propio baño

I have been here for 2 months and this far it is a wonderful community. I love the quietness and amenities that this property offers. The maintenance orders are filled promptly and timely. My favorite aspect is the gym facility. I look forward to the days of sitting and relaxing in the pool area as well.

Staff has been very accommodating and considerate. The apartment unit is very well designed. For the cost… more modern countertops and fixtures would be nice in my unit, but overall I’m very pleased. Looking forward to utilizing the pool this summer.

Overall a good single person apartment with only one vehicle. Parking is extremely limited for guests. Assigned parking for only 1 vehicle can be convenient. Nice community of ppl. Gym is extremely small but does carry basic needs for a workout.

Todo está muy bien a la propiedad, mantiene siempre muy limpia. La manager siempre está atenta a que los balcones no estén con tantas cosas. Vienen a tiempo arreglar las cosas cuando algo se descompone. Tienen muy buena comunicación al menos conmigo cuando algo no se puede arreglar le hacen saber que necesitan ordenar las piezas o lo que está pasando En todos los aspectos hay muy buena comunicación, ya sea por texto o por correo electrónico siempre nos tienen al tanto de lo que está pasando, pero lo que más me gusta es que la propiedad siempre está limpia

Really chill spot to build and live . Been here for 4yrs now . Very quiet . No drama amongst neighbors . I think the maintenance staff can be better on time . But thats about it

Nice and quiet overall. Love having the washer/dryer that comes with the apartment. Maintenance crew always gets things done quickly. Managers are great and keep our community running smoothly. And easy access to Clay Road, Hwy 6 and I-10.

Recomiendo este condominio. La estrella que le falta es porque se asigna solo un parqueo por apartamento aunque sea de don dormitorios. Es tranquilo y limpio. Tiene área para perros. El personal de la recepción es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar para facilitar los trámites que hay que hacer para poder rentarse.
