Tour The tour was great. Being able to tour one floor plan was great. The floor plan that I was interested in wasn't available at the time. But hopefully it will be soon. Great community vibes were wonderful.

Would not recommend. Unprofessional staff not able to accept their own mistakes. Do not move here.

This place used to be nice until new property management recently everything went downhill. The apartments are old and require lots of maintenance. I had several maintenance issues that were never solved. I told the office several times about it and keep getting excuses. The new workers at the office now are rude and unprofessional. The parking is horrible even for the people who don't have attached garages. The pool is dirty and messy. This new management just cares about money and not their tenants.

After 3 months living here I can say I would be very unlikely to recommend this property to anyone. The promise of luxury living is not fulfilled, maintenance items are left without response if it is not an emergency, issues pointed out during move in have yet to be addressed and the leasing agent made promises without the authority to deliver. I have been promised for nearly two months that broken blinds would be replaced without any action being taken. The pool was rarely kept clean most of the summer, unless I skimmed it myself. With the cost of rent in the area the affordability is attractive but it is a run down property that feels like it is circling the drain.

We have been at the community for 1.5 years and the staff are incredible! Chris and Marina are awesome! I can’t say enough about the maintenance men. We will more than likely renew our lease next June!

Since I am new here, only information I can provide is the experience at this point has been very positive. Welcoming staff, nice amenities, large apartments, beautiful atmosphere.

We have had a bad experience living in these apartments. No follow through on leaderships and corporate's part.

Clean. Affordable. Close to everything! Staff are friendly and take care of you as if it were a 5 star hotel! We have been here a year and just signed a 15 month lease and do not look to move anytime soon.

The community is amazing. It’s so quiet. Everyone in the front office is amazing and SUPER helpful. I love it here.

Definitely not worth the price. Moved in over the summer and do not plan on renewing. Location is good and homes around are nice, you’d expect more for your money.

Since I have been here, I have enjoyed it. I have met a couple nice people here. The staff and maintenance guys have been real pleasant. Sometimes wish I had a downstairs apartment due to my age but I like the upstairs also. It seems to be quiet here but my only wish is one day ALL apartment buildings will install double pane windows and ones easy to clean.

This is a wonderful place to live if you like being centralized and feeling like you like within a safe and clean community

I have lived at The Grande Reserve at Geist for almost 3 years, and so far mostly everything has been very good. I feel at home in my apartment. I love the floor plan of the 2 bedroom, 2 bath. I recently switched from a 1 bedroom, and it was a great layout as well!

We lived here 15 years ago while our house was being rebuilt and enjoyed it and were happy to be able to find an apt here while our new home is being built. Enjoy the Grande Reserve at Geist.

Beautiful, upgraded homes, very quiet & clean community, friendly neighbors and staff members always a pleasure to deal with if you need anything. Nice area and view as well, very safe here.

Its a beautiful little apartment complex and the staff are always helpful. I like that is a small community.

Things have been great so far and the staff are helpful, prompt, and have assisted us in getting acclimated.

Love my apartment and the townhouse feel of it. The attached garage is a bonus. Grounds are kept cleaned and Dave the maintenance supervisor is the best. Ive only dealt with the new management via the telephone due to the pandemic those encounters thus far have been positive.

The management staff (josh in particular) was very attentive and helpful during the leasing process.

All office staff and maintenance team friendly, attentive and professional. I always feel they care about their residents. The community is quite, clean, and safe. I love living here.

We lived at the Grand Reserve at Geist from July 2018 to July 2019. The management changed while we were there, but both sets of people were nice. The sign in front claims, “Upscale Apartment Living”. At first that seems like a reasonable advertisement, but in our case, “upscale living” was not what was delivered. There are three reasons why I cannot give them a good rating. First, in the winter, our furnace could not get our apartment above 60 degrees and sometimes it dipped into the 50s. We asked repeatedly for it to be fixed, but we were told that the furnace was just not powerful enough to heat the apartment. That meant longer furnace running times to keep us from freezing and higher electric bills. Later we found out that another resident asked a friend who works in heating and air to fix his furnace and he did. The result was a toasty apartment for him...for us, not so much. Second, in the fall of 2018, we had a significant leak in the ceiling of one of the rooms. It brought in about half a bucket at each rain. They fixed it within a couple of weeks, but the next time it rained the water came in just the same. The ownership changed hands in February 2019 and we asked again for the ceiling to be fixed. By the time we moved out in July, 2019 it still was not fixed. We asked for compensation for living in a leaky “upscale apartment”. We were told that having a leaking ceiling is within the definition of an “upscale apartment”. I was shocked so I asked for this in writing. Surprisingly, they did put it in writing. Third, we moved out on July 3rd. I asked the assistant manager what we owed for the three days in July. She said we owed nothing. The next day I got a bill in the form of an email for $153. I was annoyed, but not surprised and it is typically to prorate a stay so I payed the bill the next day online. The next week, I received a check for our security deposit, minus $153. They took payment and deducted it from our deposit. When I called, they apologized, told me that it was my fault for paying online and said that they would send another check. Two weeks later, I still had not received a check, so I called back. They said that they didn’t know what happened and would send another one. I finally got the check in mid August. So, if you want to live around nice people, with hit and miss service from management then this is the place for you. If you want “Upscale apartment living” then I would look somewhere else.

Front office: Paul the property manager is wonderful. He is empathetic, friendly, professional and attentive. Destini is cheerful, pleasant and responsive. Maintenance: Service request are handled with 24-48 hours. Its a smaller property in a safe area. Kroger is 5 minutes away. It is off in a non congested area. It is very quiet. No loud cars, music etc. It is well maintained as far as landscaping. Residents are mostly adults I don’t see many children, so its more an adult community but they do have a playground. The swimming pool is heated and has a really nice area surrounding the pool such as a BBQ pit, and outdoor furniture. It is a very pet friendly community. Apartments are average as far as neighbors and outdoor sounds. I can hear birds in the day & crickets at night. I can’t remember the last time I heard a police siren. The most important thing to me is I feel safe. I have lived here a year and will be renewing my lease!

Had a great time just filling out my application when I received my keys I was flawed by how beautiful the interior of the home was as well as how amazing my neighbors are great community highly recommend

Overpriced for out dated apartment. Ceilings show all of the water leaks from many of the years. Discoloration, patch jobs and cracks show. Heating and AC units outdated and energy inefficient. Appliances are old, do not work properly or have maintenance issues. Leasing office misrepresents the fees you will be charged only to have your rent bills show added fees not disclosed at signing. They nickel and dime you with add on fees on top of your rent. Paying more per month in water and sewer than when I lived in a 2200 square foot home. Water and Sewer added to your bill and you do not have your own meter so no way of disputing. Been here 2 1/2 months on a short term lease and already have had maintenance in 4 times for issues. Maintenance Department is the best part of this place unfortunately. Better places to live in up in Fishers and more bang for your buck. They are renovating their apartments which are 15 years out dated but those units are still way overpriced. Go to Fishers or Castleton if you can. Would not recommend unless you are in an absolute bind.

Unfriendly management. Advertise heated pool which doesn’t work. An outdoor kitchen that is destroyed. A good part of the resistance have no respect for the rules. Residents on an old lease able to grill outside there apartments new residents cannot. Vehicles have been broken into. Dog poop everywhere. Beware!!

Just caught maintenance in my apartment without permission or notification that they would have to enter my apartment. Major violation what if my wife had been there alone naked coming out of the shower? Then what? I am sorry?
