Best apartment complex for the price point. Couldn’t have found a better apartment
My experience in the 3 years I've lived here has been excellent. I have no complaints. excellent location perfect for what I need. Management has always been friendly, and I'll stay as long as I can.
Been here since 2021 and is not a smoke free apartment area. As soon as management leaves people begin smoking in their apartments. Can smell in hallways and even in my bathroom from floors below. Not very pleasant at all.

I really am enjoying living here at Glen Ridge apartments. I love my apartment and the community. Marla is a hard worker and welcoming property manager who’s door is almost always open to talk to the residents or help resolve any issues. The property is in a great location and walking distance to the grocery store and other stores.
Marla and Alex are the best.. My apartment was clean, with new carpet! I love it!!!
I love the location, it is within walking distance a bus stop stores and everything I need. The building manager is amazing, and extremely involved in improving the community. It is quiet and neighbor's are friendly

the staff at 2211 Pratt...wow they are all so very awesome professional friendly kind & caring...o & the apartment are very nice too.. the location I think is a good one...
We have been here for 2 years and cannot wait to get out of here. The manager is nice, yes, but doesnt really handle big issues. We've had stabbings, shootings on the property, one time basically put on lock down while the swat team investigated. We weren't allowed to leave to go to work!! It really is like a frat house. Fighting and screaming all hours. Partying all the time. Dont waste your time or money.

ive lived here for 2 years now and all ive had are great experiences.. the maintenance here is super nice and awesome, the managers are super great especially amanda when she was here, the new managers are incredible as well

I've lived here for two years and, overall,it's been a positive experience. The biggest issue is we've had 4 managers in the two years and some have been better than others. Apartment inspections are twice a year and it's mostly changing batteries in the smoke alarms. The maintenance staff responds quickly to any problems. Dog owners who don't clean up after their dogs are a big annoyance, especially to those of us who do clean up after ours.
The lady in the office does nothing but "her job" will not help with anything not related to her job even when it's just a mail key, maintenance come in the apartment bimonthly so it almost feels like there no privacy with the little side comments that the maintenance say around the house. If evicted you get 3 day to pay or you're out and there has been about 3 busts for meth labs the last 10 months I lived here and for one the actually emptied the whole building because weapons were involved. Its a sketchy neigborhood. Stay away from there.
