Good, but old
Great apartment (unit 2), but the structure of the row-house is definitely starting to show it's age. Wood flooring is old and apartment wall colors do not match throughout. However, appliances are pretty new in the kitchen, in home washer/dryer, and amazing light throughout. AC unit keeps breaking. Rooms are decent in size. Living room is a bit of an odd shape, but you can work with it. Spacious. Bathroom is beautiful but the tub should be replaced.
