Nice building showing its age.
Built in the 50s, there is little problem with noises from adjoining units. Neighborhood is quiet and fairly close to shopping and public transportation. Resident managers are nice, but not available during off hours. Handyman is on site twice a week. He's adequate, but not great, at most repairs. No front desk so package delivery is a problem. Free off street parking is a plus.
