      Out of all of the apartments that I've lived at, I can confidently say that Garden Apartments is the best one. The staff/management is extremely helpful and made my move from out-of-state super easy. The units are also very nice and there are always upgrades happening around the community - i.e. new laundry room/machines, new mail room, new parking lot, and fiber internet soon to come. Additionally, being so close to the Delta Center is a huge plus. I've been able to walk over there for many UHC NHL games and concerts.

      I love my apartment complex. I have been here for the last 16 years. I'm excited about the latest improvement. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood.       The office is bad at communicating with the residents. They never answer the phone, they rarely call back. When I moved in they werent ready with keys or anything. I took like 3 trips there just get my keys and since you have to be buzzed into the office you just have to get lucky. They dont have anyone buzzing people in for appointments so you just waiting outside. They are nice people but just extremely unprofessional.

      Beautiful, secured and well-maintained property within walking distance to downtown SLC/TRAX, Property staff makes sure you are satisfied with any problems or concerns. Laundry room in on property. Any packages delivered? They are delivered to your unit or at the mailbox. I have had no problems with theft.
