Prominently Hispanic community with a variety different ethnic stores. Pretty safe during the day but probably not the safest area to commute alone at night. Very family friendly environment, many parks in the area.

Its heavily Hispanic so tradditional families tend to not touch other peoples thins, however when new neighbors move in, they are sometimes thefts or drug dealers and eventually end up moving out.
