I lived here most of my life. It's a chill neighborhood. There is unspoken rule you don't mess with I don't mess with you. This neighborhood has a lot how Public Schools and Chruchs close by. There are also a few Tex-mex restaurants in the area

Magnolia Park is a very chill neighborhood to live in. There is many stores nearby. The people you live near to are also very nice no one complains.

Older neighborhood but I love living here. Older residents have lived in this neighborhood for a long time. This area has a bad rep but I have lived here for 16 years and I feel safe. Love living in the hood.

I like my area. I just wish people kept up their properties. I know it's a low income area but that does not mean that yards can't be clean and grass and trees can't be trimmed.
