Our apartment community is very friendly and quiet. I absolutely love my neighbors! Everyone is so friendly and kind. I have never seen so many plants in one apartment complex. Some plants are so beautiful.

Staying at Galleria Oaks Apartments has been a great experience. The location is great—right in the Uptown Galleria area, within walking distance of Galleria Mall. The apartments themselves are well-designed, offering open floor plans, hardwood flooring, tile countertops, and in-unit washer/dryer. The leasing office staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled efficiently. If you’re looking for a centrally located, comfortable, and well-maintained apartment complex, Galleria Oaks is a solid choice!

Apartment is great! Very nice pool and hot tub area they have along with the lovely gardens here. Would recommend living here as the view here is amazing as well as it being affordable

It’s been pretty good so far, I hate the convenience fees on the app thats added to my rent or but I enjoy the plants and the pools. The laundry is kind of far and I wish I knew about other parts of the complex like the roof garden, it’s really beautiful up there.

We’ve lived at Galleria Apartments for the past four years and overall have had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything we need—and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. However, over the past year, we’ve experienced ongoing issues that have become increasingly difficult to live with. The most frustrating of these are recurring water outages, which have been happening at least once a month and can last anywhere from one to three days. These outages are out of our control and have made daily living quite inconvenient. We’ve appreciated our time here, but the recent challenges have unfortunately affected our overall experience.

I’ve been living here since 2022. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the leasing staff to maintenance staff, they are all amazing and always ready to help you out. Marisol is one of the sweetest and most understanding and helpful person I’ve met. She always goes above and beyond to make sure any issues I have are taken care off. Galleria oaks is the place to be :)

I have lived in this community for five years and I have no complaint. I have felt very safe. The office staff is very attentive and responds quickly to your needs. The maintenance staff responds almost instantly when there is a maintenance concern. I initially had parking concerns because there is no assigned parking but there are plenty parking spaces close to your apartment to not even be concerned. Overall, this is a very quiet, safe, comfortable, beautiful garden vibe, small community, to love to live in.

I just moved in and the staff has been beyond helpful, highly recommend working with them if you need a smooth move. My new place feels like a community.

Nice area. Nice stuff. Clean pool and hot tab No bugs or creatures. Gated community. Pet friendly. Very close to River oaks area. 4 min car ride. Very convenient

Anteriormente estaba contesto con la tranquilidad con la que se vivia pero. Se movieron un par de familias con niños pequeños pero super inquietos. Lo que incomoda es que se la pasan gritando y molestando por gusto a las mascotas en las ventanas además de dañar las plantas y todo enfrente de los Papás qie ni se inmutan.

So far I like it here. Everyone here seems very nice and friendly. The apartment complex itself is gorgeous. I never would’ve thought that we had a grill spot if it wasn’t for the very nice and helpful leasing office team.

Just moved in. The management staff is very warm and welcoming. They are available to answer questions. I love the layout of the complex. I love my apartment. I wish there was a window in the bedroom.

I have lived here for over a year. I really enjoy the community. I like the area easy to walk to the galleria or to the shopping center across the street. Our pool is always very clean and the hot tub Grado. It is really a nice relaxing place.

Quality of residents has declined. A little more theft than when I moved in here a few years ago. Leasing staff is new, overwhelmed and not as consciousness as the previous. It is still a well kept property but not as comfortable as it used to be.

I love the location and pretty much everything about these apartments except the outdated kitchen & bathrooms. Literally only thing that bothers me. Other than that… 4/5 for me!

Staff was great, apartment was adorable, I didn’t get a tour or viewing but I was very grateful it all worked out. I love the quiet residential area and all the fountains and plants are just gorgeous. I like living here so far

I hit the jackpot when I moved into the Galleria Oak Apartments. The apartments are spacious and cozy. The landscape is beautiful. I have a view of the pool and at night the pool sparkles. I am centrally located, and shopping and fine dining are just around the corner. I love living here.

This place is great! Very quiet and the courtyards are beautiful here. Neighbors are nice and a lot of places to eat and shop around here. Would recommend living here!

New management is horrible. New property manager is super rude, and horrible to work with. Horrible communication. Marisol is super helpful though. Apartments are going downhill quick.

Being a resident here has been rewarding. I truly appreciate everyone here. Clean apartments, attentive maintenance staff, and the leasing office staff really go above and beyond. Glad to be calling this home for almost 3 yrs now

Review: I recently moved into an apartment near The Galleria in Houston, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is a standout feature. Being steps away from one of the largest shopping centers in the city means easy access to high-end retail stores, great restaurants, and plenty of entertainment options. The apartment has a well-designed floor plan that makes good use of the space. My unit has large windows that let in a lot of natural light.

I have been living at Galleria Oaks Apartments for a while now the location has, easy access to top-notch restaurants, fitness and all major freeways. However traffic is congested and the neighborhood has gone downhill since the pandemic. I like the hardwood flooring, and having an in-unit washer/dryer. The tropical setting with exotic foliage and tranquil waterfalls adds a nice touch.The gated access, business center, pool, and picnic area are fantastic additions that make living here enjoyable. Overall, Galleria Oaks offers a convenient and comfortable living experience, though there’s room for improvement in some areas.

I like living at Galeria Oaks. I like my privacy, which I have here. My neighbors are friendly. I like my apt., except for the wine racks. The grounds are kept well and are very pretty. Your maintenance personel are great. The office staff are up on everything. This is my home now.

I love living here so far. The complex is clean, safe, and in a decent location. I often use the pool and the small dog walk near the back of the apartments. All service requests are attended to very quickly and rent is reasonable. The apartments themselves are clean, spacious, and have modern appliances

I love living at GO. I feel safe and the grounds are always so nice and clean. The only think I would say that needs improvement is the rusty staircases and half way done painting projects around the building.
