My favorite place I’ve ever lived! I’ve rented 7 different apartments in Chicago and Denver, and this one has it all: top notch amenities (esp the gym and pool), awesome staff, great location, and I love my apartment space.
Foundryline is overall a great community with a great staff and wonderful amenities. However, I’m coming to find that when it comes to pro-active measures at addressing over all concerns (in unit maintenance), maintenance and management seem only interested in completing the bare minimum despite addressing ongoing health concerns. Leaving me to take estimated remedy measures in my own hands at trying to address whatever issue maybe going on (for all I know I could be making the situation worse). This has made my overall experience at FoundryLine impossible to enjoy and become thoroughly disappointed with the experience.

I’ve been living at FoundryLine for a couple of weeks now, and I absolutely love it! Naya and the leasing team were amazing—they made scheduling a tour, applying, and setting my move-in date so easy. The amenities are fantastic; I’m enjoying the gym, sauna, and the rooftop pool and hot tub with the best views. Don from maintenance has also been incredible and super helpful. So far, this has been the best building I’ve ever lived in!

My partner and I are very happy at the FoundryLine. Our apartment is spacious, comfortable and has excellent finishes. It also is very quiet, which is a new element of apartment living for us. We have a pup and she loves all the dogs here and the bark park outside. The amenities are fantastic and we should probably use them more. The staff is also great, special shoutout to Chris who makes living here so fun and easy!

After 35 years and three moves, I can confidently say this has been the best experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and always greeted me with a smile, no matter how many questions I had. They not only remembered my name and unit number but also made it a point to address me personally whenever we crossed paths. The maintenance team was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed. The building itself is fantastic, with wonderful amenities, but it's the dedicated and attentive staff that truly set this place apart and exceed all expectations.

I’ve never lived anywhere better than Foundryline to be transparent. You get what you pay for in terms of amenities (gym that’s inside and outside, sauna, steam room, bark park for dogs, etc.) cleanliness, fast elevators, one year old new building so everything’s in good shape, potential for massive balcony (sorry I took the biggest one), fast maintenance repairs, weekly featured community events or beverages offered, and the list goes on. I should name the community staff and employees really shine here and make this place what it is— Some of the most personable folks I’ve met across all staff. Thank you Foundryline! Love you

I have never had a move in be so smooth. Everyone has went above and beyond to help me. From taking the tour to getting my keys I have been so satisfied with how well the system works. The property is gorgeous and has amazing amenities available 24 hours mostly. The property is very secure, you have to have that fob for everything which helps me feel safer.

I’m glad I found foundryline at the end of my moving search and decided to move here. I have a massive terrace which is amazing for my dog and me, amenities are new and clean (screaming about the sauna and steam rooms), and residents/ staff have all been very friendly so far. This building has much better sound proofing/ thicker walls than my last apartment which is really nice, and much more peaceful. No carpeting either and an infinity drain shower- am I on vacation? Xo

Location in relation to the A-line is fantastic, there are plenty of apartment layouts, the building is new and nice and decorated fantastic, staff if incredible/ personable and actually care about resident's, they’re attentive and fast to fixing and small problems or work orders. Also, quite literally the easiest move-in process I’ve ever done.
