So far pretty good. Not a ton of noise within the building. Pretty chill building and maintenance has been slow but relatively effective. Units are awesome, and the shared common room is kept very nice. Definitely could use some attention to hallway carpets and maybe some variety in gym equipment. Outdoor cushions also need some love, and some extra policing on picking up after pets on the shared turf areas would be amazing. Overall though, pretty pleasant so far.

Staff is so nice all the time, they are always ready to help you with anything you need. Maintmence too, last time I asked them for someone and literally 3 minutes after I went there and was fixed. Outstanding costumer service/care. I also love the amenities and there is no parties or noise events.

I’ve lived here over a year, and it’s been a very typical apartment experience. The staff is extremely friendly! Overall I’d recommend here.

I love Foundry! Matt, Dina and Iliana all are great! I put in a few requests and they were handled fast. They genuinely seem happy to help and want to make sure you’re taken care of. 10/10 recommend.

Love the corner apartments! Best light and awesome views! I also appreciate the gym and how well maintained it is. My only issue is that the washer doesn’t really clean.

Love this apartment so far! My floor is very quiet, clean and everything is walking distance from the apartment! Even if it’s not walking distance there’s a lot of things that are only a 5 minute drive away!

So far so great! Everyone seems friendly and nice. Staff is also extremely helpful and polite. Rooms are spacious and the common areas are always clean and nicely kept.

Overall, property is in a steady decline. Management and maintenance seem to care a little less each day, and what was once a high standard of cleanliness and friendly service is rapidly changing to cold processes and corporate mediocrity. Management prioritize and promote the weirdest things, instead of fixing mainstays like elevators and cleanliness of community spaces. This place had an amazing personal touch when it opened and was why we loved it, but it has since lost all sense of that warmth and attention to detail in the community spaces and resident interactions. All of this combined with significant rental increases and no care for any type of residency loyalty, it’ll turn into a rundown, revolving door sooner than later here as well. It’s unfortunate, as the property is in a great location and has it’s fresh look to it, but the lack of attention to detail has this place set up to fail if nothing changes.

Great location, average experience. For the price, you can probably find better. The elevators are constantly breaking, the fire alarms will go off randomly, and some of the apartment finishes feel cheap and hastily built.

I’ve overall enjoyed my time here over the past 2 years, but there have been several major disappointments. The main elevator has been inoperable for months. The main parking garage entrance gate hasn’t worked the entire time I’ve lived here, aside for maybe 2 months. The fire alarms go off more than any other apartment community I’ve lived in, and they go off for hours at a time. The AC in the dog wash room has been out for months, making it 90 degrees in there at times. The Stratis app constantly logs you out, and the community no longer allows you to give your guests access to your unit through the Stratis app - this was not communicated to us. I was out of town and my sister was trying to access my unit through the app to pick up my dog, but she couldn’t get in. I was furious about the lack of communication and about an amenity being revoked. However, I will say that the leasing office is very good about communicating in regard to most issues mentioned above.

Not the worst complex I've ever lived in, but not the best. The staff is friendly, but the communication could be better. Out of the 3 elevators only 2 work. Alarm system has been having issues and we have been woken up in the middle of the night a handful of times since the derecho and Beryl storms. Fetch package service isn't ideal. Location is great.

Beautiful apartment in a great area! The complex is clean, the amenities are great and the people are nice. I would definitely recommend living here.

Me and my wife recently moved to this apartment and have been very impressed with the experience so far. The management team is incredibly supportive and attentive. We had an issues with lighting, and they informed us that it would be fixed soon. True to their word, an electrician named Mr. Cecir came by and fixed everything perfectly. He was very friendly and professional. I highly appreciate the quality of service provided and hope they continue to maintain these high standards.

Great place to live in a really great location. I think there’s some room for improvement which is the reason for the 4 stars. The good: location: you can walk to bars, restaurants, shops, etc. most are locally owned and offer unique experiences. The Foundry itself is a nice building and has good amenities like a gym, pool and a large rec room. The staff is communicative and quick to respond. The not so good: The garage gates are prone to stay broken for long periods of time, which could be a safety issue.
