I would give it five stars if the leasing office wasn’t so awful. They don’t ever respond. Literally ever. Trying to get a hold of them is so hard. They don’t respond to emails so don’t even try. They harass you about renewing your lease then you send them an email saying you want to renew and they send you nothing back for the last week even after various emails. The building is nice. The residents are nice. The amenities are the best.

Super nice 2 brs and 1 br units here! Love the decor and being around high end finishes like plush colorful rugs and velvet chairs, floor to ceiling windows, fun-loving door and leasing staff (pricey garage) and great part of the city :)

I've been living in my apartment building for about 10 months now, and I really enjoy the experience. The amenities are fantastic! From the well-maintained gym to the inviting pool area, there’s always something to do. The common spaces are beautifully designed, making it a great place to relax or work from home. The apartment itself is cute and cozy, with a layout that maximizes space and natural light. I love how everything feels modern and fresh. However, the neighborhood does have its quirks. While there are some nice spots nearby, it can feel a bit odd at times, with a mix of vibes that don’t always match the charm of the building. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great living space with awesome amenities, just be prepared for a neighborhood that might take some getting used to!

Rooftop is amazing (pool, grills, fire pits…all with A views) but can never bring more than 2 guests. All 3 lounges are great but only one of 4 main TVs gets Xfinity cable channels and TV remotes go missing. Gym and business center are good. Building is always clean and well maintained. Unit itself is really nice with A/C & heating included and with Nest thermostat. Residents (mostly age 25-45) and staff are all friendly.

The Foundry is great! I love my space- it’s nice and airy and the floor to ceiling windows are a great touch. Amenities such as the rooftop space and well-equipped fitness center add to the convenience of urban living. Neighborhood is nice and convenient too

New management has never said hi or introduced themselves (not even sure if there is a building manager because no one’s ever met them) a lot of our favorite people are gone now unfortunately. This building used to be an amazing building, however the new management has been disappointing.

Foundry has incredible views, amenities, and is all brand new! It’s also in a great location with Whole Foods nearby, and a 20 min walk to Old Town, Lincoln Park, and Wicker Park. Beverly was especially communicative and helped me get started.

I have enjoyed my first week at foundry. The appliances are new, living spaces are clean and common areas are some of the best in the city. I knocked off a star for the following nit-picky reasons: lots of dogs, loud AC fans and a less than ideal move in situation where I had access to the freight elevator for ten minutes. In the grand scheme of things, these are not affecting my life at foundry which, so far, has been wonderful.

Good amenities... lots more tenants moving in! Would like for property to be kept in cleaner shape, elevators/hallways. Tenants tend to be loud...

Many positive things to share … Summer evenings are great at the rooftop The swimming pool brings peace at the end of a working day. Easy printing solution at the coworking suite. The bikes, available in the gear room, make a quick trip to the city easy.
A quite and nice place to live with great views. Beverly the Concierge Manager is friendly and always greets with a smile. Can't forget the coffee as well.
Incredible building. Outdoor space is large with one of the best views in the entire city. Plenty of great shared spaces and the simulator is great.
Apartment is beautiful and staff is so lovely! I just moved in last week and I already feel like my space is my home. Plus, the rooftop view is to die for. Best place to live in Chicago by far!
The view from my apartment is great! One of the reasons I chose this building over any others. That being said I am new to the community and am wanting to meet others in the building. So far everyone I have met has been friendly!
Fantastic building with great people both living and working there. Very lucky to be in The Foundry. The views from 26 & 27 are incredible. Coffee is nice too :)

Truly beautiful facility with incredible views of the city and lake. The amenities feel like you're living in a resort. Everything is very well kept. There is a lot of thoughtful attention to detail throughout the building.

Super easy process to move in, staff is very friendly and no complaints about the unit itself. Beverly and Kendall made the process stress free and she was very accommodating during the whole process! I would definitely recommend living here!

Beverly and Kendall were amazing. The building is new and it’s simply superb. The staff is kind and the attention to detail is wonderful. The units are much more spacious than what you see online. It is very worth viewing most layouts as there are different pro/cons

Everything great so far, maintenance is quick to respond and everyone is very nice. Gym could be better needs a cable machine it is a little small but it’s not bad. Hot tub is great can’t wait for pool
