I lived here in 2023-2024, and the manager Nicole and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed like genuinely good people. I have never had such a positive experience with apartment management and staff. The place always looked clean and well maintained when I lived there. For the high quality of the place, the rent was reasonably priced compared to other options. I moved out of state, otherwise I would have renewed my lease here.

I’ve lived here for a year and a half and never want to leave. Great amenities, staff, maintenance, and nice people too. Plus, there is a Kwik Trip right next door! It’s perfect.
I love living here. I moved in a couple of months ago and have had no issues that weren’t resolved day of! Maintenance and the property manager are both so caring and efficient. They are both great communicators and kind to the residents. The property is also so nice. The units are clean and updated with so many nice features. There’s also a fitness room, an outdoor patio, indoor community party room, another outdoor patio area, and a dog run! Such a great property in a great location
The Flats at Neil Park are an awesome place to live! The staff here all care about the space and show that by how they decorate the commons and make sure things are nice and clean! I always feel like my concerns are addressed in a timely manner and I get quick responses to work orders too!
I’ve lived here for years. And we love it- the building is beautiful and the staff is lovely. My dog loves the dog park and the grassy area to play in! The price is also very reasonable, it’s been a great stay here!

This is mine and my boyfriend’s first ever apartment and the time we’ve had here has been great! Nicole and Ryan are quick to help and so kind. The area in general is also great. You can’t beat living right next to a Kwik Trip and liquor store and usually there’s a taco truck too! I have no complaints! We knew based on the reviews before moving in that we were in good hands and our time here has been nothing but!
The building manager is always quick with responses on inquiries or questions! Maintenance is always done next day or same day if possible. The building is always clean and the apartment are VERY clean and affordable for what you get and are offered here!

Danielle has been very accommodating with several showings to me and my family. It was a little hard to envision what the building would look like before it was finished. However, Danielle was able to give us plenty of details. We greatly appreciate her patience. She has responded back quickly to our texts about the size dimensions of the property so we could figure out if our furniture would fit. If the people living in the building are half as nice as Danielle this will be a wonderful and kind place to live. I'm looking forward to the move. PS. The construction and details of the building seem to be of high quality.
This was the very first time I had toured the place I would call home while it was a work in progress, or was still coming together so nicely! I was impressed with what I was seeing 3/4 of an apartment finished! Gonna be a beautiful place! I’m beyond excited!

It's always nerve-racking being the first tenants of a new building, but Danielle has been so responsive and receptive to all questions and concerns and has been in contact constantly throughout the process.
Communication and transparency with everything leasing has been fantastic. Any of our questions and concerns have always been answered in a very timely fashion and they have been very helpful and professional. The building is also in a fantastic location and has a lot to offer!
The Flats leasing agent is unfailingly responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The property is in a fantastic location, and not only are water, sewer, and trash included in the rent, which is extremely rare, but so is high-speed internet, which is almost unheard of. This building offers a 5-star experience!

Even with the building still being under construction, the property manger Danielle was more than helpful making sure all my questions were answered as well as what was needed before moving in .
Danielle is such a wonderful property manager and also very genuine, she truly cares about her residents and their choices, she also does everything she can to make you happy and get you what you need. Lastly very responsive and communicable.
10/10 would recommend. Danielle has been nothing but amazing answering all and any questions that I’ve had a long the way. Can’t wait to move into my new home!
