Tree-filled, historic, and packed with educational opportunity, there's no other neighborhood quite like Fenway. The neighborhood may be most well-known for its titular attraction, Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox. However, the area is also renowned for its sprawling greenspace. The name "Fenway" refers to the neighborhood’s lush parkway and tree-filled paths that wind lazily through the area, forming part of Frederick Law Olmsted’s “Emerald Necklace Plan” (a chain of parks throughout Boston). Fenway Triangle is the best place to live in Boston! Fenway is an extremely convenient area to live with easy public transport and parking options nearby. The apartments are large with excellent amenities, the building is well kept with excellent cleaning procedures and great community and fitness rooms, but what really sets apart Fenway Triangle is the staff and management. Every person who works here is friendly, helpful, kind, and professional and goes above and beyond to help the residents. Management and maintenance both respond usually less than 24 hours to any request, and they have always resolved any issue I've had immediately. This kind of courtesy and professionalism is very hard to find especially in big city apartments but Fenway Triangle obviously values its residents and only hires the very best staff. Hands down Fenway Triangle is the best apartment I've ever lived in!
Fenway Trilogy is perfectly located in the heart of Boston. The apartments are well-designed and spacious. The common areas are always clean and the management team is always available to solve our concerns. The private yard is great.
Fenway Triangle is very secure apartment. One bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple or one person household. I was very concerned about where I should live in Boston, and I am satisfied with my decision of choosing Fenway Triangle.

I would strongly recommend Fenway triangle. The best place ever I lived. Every single thing has been meticulously taken care of to give a great living experience to residents.
I've lived here for 3 years now but for the past 1-2 years I have noticed that the BBQ SMOKE from SWEET CHEEKS BBQ is coming all into the hallways of every floor. Disgusting and probably bad for lungs.
This is a great community of residential units with a courtyard located on the 2nd floor. Amazing location. Great in-unit amenities such as laundry, good sized closet. Could have been better if they provided built-in ceiling lights in the rooms and more heating vents.
I love living here! The concierge, management, and maintenance crews are amazing and so helpful. I feel as if I am a valued resident and appreciate the level of professionalism and friendliness seen from residents and people working here.
Although it took a very long and confusing process to contact a leasing agent, they were really helpful in moving me in on short notice. Fitness Center is great, the location is perfect, and all the appliances work.
Having lived here for 4 years. I do hate moving but Fenway Triangle also makes me feel comfortable to continue living here. I wish the rent could stop raising while really appreciating the convenience of my home.

Honestly, this is the worst place I've ever lived in. Management is awful, they charge you for looking at the mirror...they will charge you for everything. The place is not super clean, it is terribly dark, the hallways are dark, etc With the amenities cancelled they did not offer any kind of courtesy compensation and it is outrageously expensive. I can't wait for my lease to be over.

This is an excellent building in the ideal area of Boston for a young medical professional. The staff are so helpful and efficient at resolving any issues and the common areas are kept immaculate. I would recommend this apartment complex to any one.
it's a nice community to live and enjoy the heart of Fenway!
So far I have enjoyed the living here. Pros: safety guaranteed; well maintained; excellent interior facilities; close to my work; really convenient living environment. Cons: price is high and gets higher every year; sometimes small issues could occur but nothing cant be solved; traffic gets crazy and quiteness is gone during baseball game seasons.
In current state, would not recommend. Compared to competition, do not get value for the money here. Could easily be so much more, but management does not show any interest at all in addressing the situation. They enjoy the ample profits, but are unwilling to spend money on necessary upkeep. Just take a walk through the halls and youll quickly notice the number of public areas requiring cleaning and basic repairs.
I would never recommend anyone I know to choose here as their home, the hallway smells like drugs and I was told to suck it up. I am sucking it up, still, but I am so glad that I am not far from the end of my lease.
Great residence for Fenway area that provides for all needed amenities.
