Property Ratings at Falls of Bellaire
I moved in here at falls of Bellaire about a month ago and my experience has been fantastic with the leasing team as well as the apartment itself. The staff are all very warm and courteous, but most of all - O'neal made my moving in most stress-free. He is experienced in customer relations, quite professional, easy to talk to and always on time to attend to issues?? The apartment is relatively small, but the environment here is quite neat, safe and breaths. More importantly, pest issues are well under control - no roaches except you are dirty!. I am happy I made the decision to move in and hope this remains my experience 12months down the line or beyond.

I have been on this property since 2017, it's a good place to leave, good schools, friendly neighbourhood and their staff are nice and welcoming. Ms. Lisa was a fantastic lady, always ready to help and provides solutions when required. Aris is also a nice guys too.
If you live here you better hope nothing breaks ever because let me tell you they don't fix anything. They will keep telling you they'll come but no one shows up ever. Awful just awful. Find a better place.

Bad maintenance the manager a rude one pays a lot of money and there is no bad maintenance maintenance I told him of a problem to the manager so that from Saturday he reported it to the office and nobody iso said anything to the manager and less he was very rude
The worst place to live and in all houston, terrible administration, experts in lies and manipulation, do not fix what breaks you, if someone has to deliver a prize for lies please these people take the medal. Really bad Administration. At the beginning yegas soften you nice but once you sign the contract.When you go to the office and you tell them you want to fix it, they spend up to 2 weeks and they do not only show you they are going to fix it and they never go everything is taken as a game live here is pessimistic. I do not recommend these apartments are a disaster and they are expensive and a lot of insecurity not light in the parking spaces airs are very old and just danandose pass. And when you move you get them in bad shape and less than bed bugs and cockroaches
In short : Unresponsive, lazy, slow management, disaster maintenance . I've to call at least 5 times or weeks to get things fix!? when they fix things, they've to come back to fix their own screw up for another 2-3 times!? They just installed the iron gates and during weekends, there's no attendance or codes to get in. Guests have to wait for hours or turned around because can't get in. It's chaos and they've the highest rent in the area 77072, 77083. DON'T RENT THIS PLACE ! I would give 0 star if there's an option.
I tried to turn in my 30 day notice they refused it stating it had to be turned in on the 1st. Well I'm moving on the first I'm moving on the 10th . They wonder why they can't keep tenants roaches, break ins, trash , my downstairs neighbors drink beer and leave the bottles in the grass and at the bottom of the stairs.
