I have lived here on and off multiple times over the years, I'm a current resident now and I love the staff here! Everyone in the office is so kind, maintenance is very fast too! They're always doing resident appreciation events and giving out goodies, scheduling food trucks for us during the week. It's great fun! The property is in a really wonderful neighborhood as well, it's a beautiful space right on the golf course, surrounded by trees. Pretty place to call home!
Fairways it’s amazing. Apartments are really nice, community is clean and well maintained. Staffs members are friendly and willing to help. Maintenance team is very efficient. I definitely recommend living here!
I have a resident of this complex for 14 years and counseling. I have no desire to leave.. everyone here on staff is beyond amazing!! from Kellie, the property manager, to Hope and Daniela in the office, to all the maintenance personnel. They are true rock stars.! Any issue I’ve had, and they have been very small and quantity, has been resolved promptly and quickly. I have undergone many negative personal situations in the last few years, the staff could not be more friendly or accommodating. I have no complaints about anything here or anyone here. I encourage everyone to move here if you were looking for a quality place to live.. You will not regret it.!

I love the fairways! I move in a couple of months ago and from move in to resident events they have been the best. My floorplan has such a home feeling to it (doral). The location is also very convenient, close to Kemah and target and a grocery store. It has been the best i would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.
I have lived here for less than a year and I will not be renewing my lease. For starters this place has roaches. I have seen the big ones that are usually outside, inside of my apartment, and recently I have started seeing the little brown ones which is not good. They do have pest control but because the buildings have shifted there are big gaps in the doors and its and easy entrance for pests. Their definition of maintenance is not good. I had to submit 9 maintenance requests when I moved in and 3 of the issues have occurred again or were not properly fixed the first time. I do not believe my carpet was cleaned when I moved in. It was extremely dusty when I moved in and there is a hard spot on the carpet that did not come from me. Also the carpet under the desk area smells like pet urine. I could go on and on but I won't. Just know it's not what it appears to be. Staff is friendly but I don't live with staff if you get my point. I don't recommend these apartments.

Lived here for almost 3 years the whole time that we're here we have air conditioner problems. Called maintenance numerous times maintenance come out to fix the unit and numerous times put freon in it put freon in it put freon in it and then it would freeze up go out of town for a week unit freezes up floods apartment apartment. complex send us a bill for $6,000. To fix their apartment that flooded because they did not take care of their air conditioner issues.
This place only cares about your money. They will charge you for everything they possibly can. Take a good look around and you'll see just how filthy the place truly is. The garbage is always packed and bags lining the hallways by the entry doors and walkway near the dumpster. There is Dog Waste all over the entire place. Its truly disgusting. If you don't pay close attention to the details it appears like a nice place to live, but that's exactly how they hook you!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! After doing all the paper work and going through the process we had our application submitted 3 times and then didn't hear back for almost a week. We called for a week straight nobody answered the phone. Finally found out we got the place and they change prices and all. Plus we had to pay $2000 up front. No way!!!! We are military are we're suppose to leave Monday October 26th but we couldn't because we didn't have a place to live. This list just continues but mangement is the worst here and so is the place itself. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ANS MONEY! we ended up losing $250 dollars because of this stupid nasty place!!!!

I like this place, peace and quiet. Never have problems with breaking in my car. Management is terrible and the place seem like it's falling apart. If you own the place than its different but if you lease it and have problems and call for maintenance. They will get to it when they can get to it. The previous owner was alot better. We only been here a year, left when our contract expired.

Located on a quiet golf course, the Fairways have been home for almost two years now. I initially lived in a two bedroom then upgraded to a three. The units are well maintained and the maintenance staff is quick to correct any problems. The current management company is putting in my amenities and making the place even nicer.
My husband, son and I moved here from Illinois. We booked the apartment via the telephone after seeing the pictures online. It is truly as seen online. Our apartment is on the third floor and we have a beautiful view of the golf course. It is very quiet here. I don't even hear my neighbors. Stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in the apartment.I just have to put my trash outside by my door, and it is disposed of every night. They even provide you with the garbage bins and liners. As soon as you report a problem to maintenance, they come to repair it. I lived in an apartment in Illinois before coming to Texas, and the service here is so much better. I love it.
We love this place & area! We feel safe & taken care of by the maintenance & property management. The apartments are quiet. We live close by to grocery stores,water & other shopping.

Of the various places I've rented, this one is pretty average. The area of the community I am in is clean and has good neighbors. I've been here for about 10 months and have had no issues with break ins or car issues or even loud neighbors. Maintenance is average...it takes a few days to get things repaired. The manager would not talk to us about renewing our lease after we asked 3 times and left messages each time. She finally told one of the leasing agents to have us email our questions because she was too busy. Overall, clean, but the atmosphere is too "normal" for the upscale pricing.

The fairways of southshore is an awesome place to live! Filled with friendly neighbors! Pets are welcome and they even have a dog park! The community is beautiful and has a nice view to the golf course! And if you ever have any Maintenence issues they usually have it fixed same day or next day! Parking is not an issue and has two gates for entrance!I currently live in a one bedroom and I love it! Nice floor plans and beautiful kitchen! Great place to live! Did I mention it's gated?

I can not express how impressed I was when I was taken on a tour of what they had to offer for not only the one bedroom but also the two bedroom floor plans. I found each to be very spacious and full of what most complexes consider upgrades. I will be aiming to move here shortly because of the impression i got just taking a short tour. Everyone is very nice and the staff was very kind. This is somewhere you will want to be and want your friends and family to visit.
