Fairmont First Colony

The Fairmont is a wonderful place to live. The amenities are first rate they have a beautiful pool, gym area, and a meeting area which is nicely appointed. The apartments are very nice and include things like a dishwasher, Washer and dryer, and a full bath. The maintenance staff are excellent and respond almost immediately to any issues you may have. Parking is very easy and they also have a garage that you can rent. It is also pet friendly

Apartments are clean and the grounds always look good.

Tracy was wonderful during our visit. We were visiting from Alaska and are looking for a safe place to live when we move to Houston this fall. We fell in LOVE with this complex! It's very quiet, safe and tucked away. Tracy was so helpful and accommodating to all of our questions we had about the property and the area since we don't know too much. The apartments were BEAUTIFUL. What I love is that Tracy told us management does not change out or turn over like all the other apartment complexes have that we visited. Management has been the same since they opened which is a huge plus. What you see is what you get!

From the moment I called to set up a tour to the application process, it was nothing less than pleasant. Tracy took the time to listen, and worked with me. I applied the same day. I cannot wait to move in. From what I see, it is going to be great place for a new beginning.

Nice apartments in a good location. I just moved here and I do like the SugarLand area. These apartments are nice and the office staff is professional.

I just lived here for 7 months and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The apartment complex is centrally located in Sugar Land and walking distance from first colony moll, restaurants and bars. It's a gated community with swimming pool and fitness club. Apartments are spacious, upgraded kitchen appliances and well maintained. The property managers Maria an Christen are very friendly, attentive to residents needs and keep the property very well. Ladies, your are the best! :)

I lived here for a year but am moving because of work. the Staff is amazing and very attentive, the neighbors are nice and polite. Gated complex makes it safer and there's a lot of tress so even though it is in a busy part of the city it still feels like home. easy access to highway 6 & 59. great place to live!

I moved in with my 3 year old was not sure of anything, but turned out to be a great experience. Never had to worry about the appliances any maintenance issue call them and its done with in 24 hours mostly. Always well maintained and very beautiful specially during spring would love to walk anytime of the day. Close to the mall and freeways its amazing as I am not a great local driver never hd any problem or issue to discuss or complain about. If you are looking for safe apartments and good maintenance I would recommend these apartments and specially if you have kids its a wonderful place, chuckee cheese and first colony mall are in walkable distance. Amazing apartment community to live.

The apartments are very well maintained and in a perfect location. That's probably why their selection of apartments to rent is very limited. Their management is personable and able to answer any questions you have. That's why I recently signed a lease and I'm really looking forward to moving in and living at the Fairmont for months to come.
