Unbelievable, exo sent a $300 dollar bill to collection and ruined my daughter’s credit history. We never received any bill from exo, no mail, no email, no phone call. My daughter moved out with $0 on the balance in her tenant account. They added the amount after closing her tenant account and not notifying us! We only found out thr bill recently because of the credit report. This is my daughter’s first apartment out of college. It was over priced and now we had to figure out how to deal with the debt collector because she might not even get another apartment because of this. This is unacceptable behavior! Don't let your kids live in this place! Avoid it at all cost!

The apartments are ridiculously expensive and the building isn't kept up well at all. Management just can't be bothered half the time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don't let the fancy lobby fool you.

We moved to Exo Reston in June 2021. We are very happy with everything linked to the building. We use to live in a large home but we easily adapted to our 2 bedrooms apartment, it has been designed in such a thoughtful way it makes it a very practical living place. We enjoy our terrasse we decorated with plants and a coffee table and two chairs. Nice place for breakfast and drinks in the evening. We are favored with a beautiful view to tall and healthy tulip trees. The lobby is welcoming decorated with modern Italian furnitures. However, best of all the concierges are very professional and always ready to assist. The views from the 16th floor are beautiful, the three levels garage, the swimming pool and sport areas are spotless. The building is very quiet in spite of the nearby expressway. The convenience of Amazon boxes, the walking distance to a shopping center are a plus. We visited several buildings in Reston, we are very satisfied of our choice. Recommend it highly.

Exo is a LEED Gold building, with amenities to live (and die) for. The management and service teams are outstanding, and always there to help. And did I mention the Class A swimming pool (I am eagerly waiting for it to open), and the coffee service, as well as the Amazon/UPS/FedEx HUB? This is a resident-friendly building, with lots of walking areas, shopping and restaurants nearly. I enjoy LIVING IN FULL COLOR.

EXO is a great place to be. The community is very beautiful and quiet.
We moved to Exo at the end of June 2021. So far we have been satisfied with the Management and the maintenance staff.
Very clean, modern upscale apartments that is located in the heart of Reston where everything is just a block or 2 away. Everyone is Like family that lives here and is very courteous and caring to each other. Most Fabulous upscale luxury apartments in all off DC, MD & VA. There is even a App to tint your apartment windows out Like WOOOWWW thats so Cool your friends will all say.

Caution, do not live at the Exo apartments if you value being able to use the fitness center at your convenience. Exo property management condones residents conducting personal training businesses using the community fitness center as their place of business for nonresident “guests”. The Exo management states residents are allowed one guest however, if your “guest” constitutes someone who you are conducting business with and supervising their use of community equipment meant for residents at multiple times through the day no reasonable person would consider this as a guest but a business client. This policy will hinder and restrict your ability as a resident to utilize the amenity’s limited equipment which you’re paying for through your rent. Be advised of this management approved arrangement prior to considering moving here.

My spouse and I looked at several rental properties in DC and Arlington- however everything was either so expensive, too small, old/rundown or lacked community or safety. Until we decided to follow the Silver Line out to Reston. Exos modern and high-rise look shocked and surprised us. Eboni, the leasing agent, was so nice and patient as I asked to tour the property and several units. She made me feel comfortable and made sure to listen to my concerns and find the right unit for me and my family. We couldnt be happier in out place- the community is great, convenient, quiet and the views are awesome. The amenities are top shelf and we cant wait to use the pool in the summer.

Exo is by far the best property in the area.. state of the art buildings with spectacular views, modern amenities.. and a great staff! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home.

The Exo is a 24/7 five-star experience. From the amazing, yet comfy lobby, The concierge to the friendly and efficient staff. The building is LEED - high sustainable standards and yet state of the are technology - right down to the darkening windows! Despite previous tenants, I thought my apartment had never been used. The EXO is elite hotel-standard livingeveryday.

The service team is wonderful. I've only had a few request in my 1 1/2 yrs here, however, whenever I submit a request, they always respond in a reasonable amount of time, the work is completed in one visit, and they are always very nice. They are a fabulous team and one of the best in which I have ever encountered in apartment living :-)

My review is for Kepher the concierge at the EXO Apartments in Reston. Kepher is the definition of who a concierge should be and how one should operate. For residents, they are greeted with a smile and by name as they come through the door. My apartment overlooks the parking lot and building entrance and I have seen Kepher pick up and put in the racks bicycles tenants have left on the ground, assist visitors and tenants having difficulties with the parking gate, go the extra step in assisting with finding a delivered package, and I even saw him clean up the elevator after I reported a dog had an accident.

Beautiful apartment and beautiful features. Been here for 2 years now and going for the 3rd year! Everything has been great but there is quite a lot of weed smell recently, sometimes takes over entire floor and reaches inside the apartment. And also having issues with the HVAC ductwork or system that causes extra humidity and heavy cooking smell (from neighbors, I guess) to be dumped into my apartment.

Exo is clean, concierge staff is nice and professional, plenty of parking, and view (glass tenting) is a good feature. Management does what they can to make you happy, but I am not please with how they handled the COVID in relation to lease breaking and not refunding for amenities.

Great community in a distinct and chic building. The staff here is very personable and is taking COVID-19 seriously. They keep the complex clean. Apartments are also new, full of all the useful modern technology you could want, spacious (high ceilings), well constructed (thick walls, quality cabinets and led lighting, etc), and a good deal for what is provided.

We love it here! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We've only been here three days and it already feels like home. We are on the 14th floor in the ORA tower and the view is amazing.
