Do not move here under any circumstances! The management is horrible. There was mice in our unit and we kept trying to get ahold of the office and they wouldn’t answer and then in person they would make excuses of why pest control hasn’t come out. They didn’t do anything to help with the problem. My husband and I caught 18 mice. Our apartment flooded and it took a week to get anything to help and management didn’t even know anything about it “supposedly”! Then when move out came they tried to say we didn’t clean it fully and sent me pictures and it was different than the pictures/video of what I took when I left. They are liars and unhelpful. Very disappointed with this experience.

My mom live in these apartments. The maintenance don’t fix anything. Cars get broken into. The crazy part is they have cameras and won’t tell the residents who it is nor let them see the cameras. The apartments are flooding the restroom are flooding it’s just not live able for anyone paying regular rent are any rent for that matter. PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE

Parking is such a hassle and they only notify certain tenants. I had to get word at last minute by a fellow resident when I was checking the mail and you can’t pay early, because they have problems with billing every other month. Visitors parking is taken by residents so visit at your own risk. 4 years and thanks for running off.

This has absolutely been my favorite place to live in Dallas! I love it here. I've lived all over the city, but with the combined amenities, location to where I work, and the people who live and work here, I feel so at home. GREAT place to live people.

Surrey Row Apartments are nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet located with easy access to I-20, and Highway 67. This community offers the conveniences of the Southwest Center Mail or dining at one of the numerous dining establishments nearby. The elegance and sophistication of our one and two bedroom floor plans come equipped with all electric kitchens, spacious walk-in-closets, ceiling fans in some units, full size washer and dryer connections and so much more. With the new manager things are getting done now. Before my work orders were being ignored but ever since new management took over . Maintenance guys are at our place allot more . residents are still gross .loud violent but as for the apartment there as good as they're gonna get . Kudos to THE NEW TEAM .keep it up and thank you.

In the process of changing owners, I see a lot of improvement. The new curfew has allowed a quiet night. The rent has always been affordable. Renovating and painting all buildings is an upgrade and the response to maitenance request is fair.
