Its proximity to the DART station makes getting around easy while I look for a new vehicle. It is also conveniently close to places like Walmart and Costco, making quick trips or even bike rides to the store simple. Overall, my living experience here has been excellent thanks to the supportive and attentive management team.

I’ve been living at Eviva Trinity Mills Station for a little while now, and overall it’s been a solid experience. The building feels new and clean, and the common areas are kept up well. My apartment itself has been quiet, and I rarely hear neighbors, which was a big deal for me. Parking has been easy, and the location makes it simple to get around Carrollton and hop on the tollway when I need to. Management has been responsive the few times I’ve needed something nothing major, just small fixes—but they handled it pretty quickly. The only downside is that some of the add-on fees can feel a little high, but that seems to be the case at most newer properties in the area. Overall, I’m happy here and would recommend it if you’re looking for a convenient, clean place in Carrollton with a modern feel.

Overall, EVIVA is on top of things when we have issues. For example, they come by the next day for any maintenance issues we may have. There are still gimmicks with the parking garage gate and some doors leading to the building though.

It's been a month since I moved in, and the complex is generally quiet. However, I can hear the bass from club music every Friday and Saturday night. I don't think the noise is coming from the apartment complex itself, but I'm not sure where it's originating, and it's quite annoying. Other than that, everything is good overall.

it's still my first week, though i've had a really pleasant experience so far! the most annoying or inconvenient things was the elevator going out of order while i was moving in and the water smelling weird, though i was given ample information to resolve both situations!

As a first-time resident in a newly built apartment, I can honestly say I’m loving the experience so far. I just moved in but so far so good. The only thing was that I had to put in a work order as soon as I moved in as I had some issues with closing doors in my unit but other than that it’s quiet and nice!

The apartment is sleek and nice, located near Walmart and restaurants. It is located in a safe area. Management is mostly responsive via email or phone.

Just moved into my studio this week and so far it’s been a good experience. The space is clean and cozy and move-in was pretty smooth. There is some construction going on so it’s a bit noisy at times but nothing too crazy. Staff has been helpful and friendly. Looking forward to settling in more!

Lovely property in a blossoming location. If you like, Koreatown is a short drive away. Several other helpful and convenient points of interest are within a very small distance. Construction is ongoing, as it is a new property. The accessible/completed areas are quite nice, as is the promise of several appealing amenities to come. The staff is very kind and inviting. To earn the 5th star, I'd want to see a more knowledgeable, well trained staff and about twice as many of them. They are very short staffed for the moment, and for that reason it is hard to reach them by phone or by email. There are a lot of systematic disconnects and unanswered questions upon the first few weeks of moving in and settling in. While I understand it is a new property, its parent realty organization is more than experienced enough for this to be acceptable. Surveillance could also be a little more robust. That said, there's never been a time I've felt unsafe. The good certainly outweighs the bad.
