I am very content. Staff is knowledgable and professional and responsive to my requests.
Since this is a dog friendly facility, I would recommend the hallway carpeting be cleaned professionally more often. The friendly residents and the convenient location of Everleigh is what makes this place inviting.

I have only lived here 7 months, but have enjoyed all aspects of my living experience. e.g. Staff, residents, apartment, life style.
Our small Maintenance Team is GREAT! Greystar Staff should increase their Maintenace Team for our large Resident Community. Overall, it is necessary for ongoing upkeep, hygiene & cleanliness, etc. of this beautiful Community!!! Incomprehensible & very upsetting to me why Greystar lacks taking much better care of Everleigh Forestwood!!!

I could not in clear conscience recommend this place to anyone right now! I don't think you want to market that! Most of us that have been here a long time are not happy! Elevator out for ove 2 month is inexcusable!

I doubt that you'd want to spread this experience. It wasn't good. The building is falling apart. The front door won't close - a real safety issue. One of the two entry gates doesn't open so the other one stays open all the time - another safety issue. Two of the three elevators have been out of service for much too long. It's really ridiculous, and many are talking about moving.

Terrible. The management just do not care. They do however go home on time. The new lady is very smart and seems to care. She does not have any control over things.

Continue to enjoy my time here. Find residents friendly and very inclusive and helpful. I like that the common areas inside are kept so clean. Have not been in the pool area yet or the garden area yet, but suspect I sill do that soon.

We had a issue with the smoke detectors on Christmas Even, and the maintenance staff was attentive in rectifying the issue, and then came back the day after Christmas to check all the detectors and replace the batteries in all the devices that were about to go out.

It’s a beautiful community, but it’s shameful how slow responses are to issues.

I’ve lived here since December. Office and maintenance staff are exceptional. Residents are friendly. It’s quiet and secure. I love it here.

Clean, great location, and well maintained. Many activities for residents with good pool and fitness center. Downside is Happy Hour is not friendly and barking dogs can be an issue.

The tornado four years ago destroyed our home. We moved into the Everleigh soon afterwards. We have been here since then, and have loved living here. We would not want to live anywhere else. If anyone is considering living at the Everleigh, I would be happy to talk to them.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. This is a fabulous comuntiy that really feels welcoming and safe. When there are any issues, that arise as they do in any community, they are addressed with respect, and care. It is clean and the staff is friendly and care about the residents. That can be a hard thing to find. We Love Everleigh Forestwood.
